Its quite an exciting job to do also working fair shifts.i wouldnt mind working for many years since the manangers also have a caring heart..also my collegues are good peaople to hang around with..explore more and do our job with such an excitment in our souls

Learning curve,have learnt to multitasking, patience and building repore
Working with collection, customer care making sure you help the customers from the first call,and transferring to the correct person if needs too, calling on customers that the debit order bounced, making payment arrangement, taking settlement calles from customers and bank's, marking letters and sending them via email or post.getting incoming calls from existing clients, at times make note to what the customers wants or needs from us,do the query if not take it to the relevant department.
Pros: Not much opportunity for growth unless a field worker
Cons: Working from 8am to 4:30pm

Teaches how to sell face to face
The company offers great training but the challenge is on the field when you have to sale expensive products and ask people you just met for their personal details.

It was a great learning opportunity
A typical day at the office would start really early and i would have to call clients who are behind with their payments. i had a close relationship with my co workers and i enjoyed how we helped each other and supported one another. i learn’t to be very patient, remain calm when dealing with clients. the most challenging aspect was dealing with rude clients and trying to remain professional

Its a growth stage
We plan our daily activities on which marketing target we must reach, the relationship with my colleagues its a challenge but we resolve the issues, I've learnt hardwork, endurance and trusting in team work I've enjoyed traveling and whats challenging is commission and thats all and the fact I'm doing something which I haven't studying. And its challenging to sell something which most people have and we have lot of competitors who sells what we are selling.

Excellent learning platform
Deal with customer queries. Load orders. Call customers orders. Work as a team and we have team leaders. Report to management. Great working environment and also u push yourself as an individual

Creating Ads to promote the ensuring campaigns are sent out on different media platforms.
Management doesn't care about the well-being of employees. There's no fairness in the workplace. No matter how hard you work , you won't be compensated for your efforts and salaries are not based on qualifications and salary,it's based on who in management likes you.
Pros: Platform to learn different marketing ideas.
Cons: Unhappy customers with the products.

I have build a good relationship with people from outside the company and helped me with confidence, personally driven Being able to do more than I have set myself to do
