Excellent learning curve

I consider this job as an excellent learning curve and also adding up for my experiences as well as teaching me to be able to do team work.The most challenging part is that the chances of growth are so slim and also financial constraint a bit as its just a basic salary without any bonuses. Overall I thank this opportunity because it sharpened my mind and increased my energy levels as well as that It was good platform for me to realize my strength.This is going to be an advantage to my next company.

It was for experience

I was a good opportunity for learning and gaining much experience though there was not much room for growth.The hours were average because I am just a hard worker so even if I worked longer hours to me it was not much of a problem.Besides having my colleagues it was more of a family relationship.

It's been a wonderful career working for the that company doing marketing

Being a salesman is wonderful adventure for me since I get to be on my toes everyday. I hve been sales investment software for xchange which teach people how to invest directly at the stock market

Learning curve,have learnt to multitasking, patience and building repore

Working with collection, customer care making sure you help the customers from the first call,and transferring to the correct person if needs too, calling on customers that the debit order bounced, making payment arrangement, taking settlement calles from customers and bank's, marking letters and sending them via email or post.getting incoming calls from existing clients, at times make note to what the customers wants or needs from us,do the query if not take it to the relevant department.

Pros: Not much opportunity for growth unless a field worker
Cons: Working from 8am to 4:30pm

Good at persuading

i started last year i had best sales since i was still working it was a nice job becouse we use to travel alot around south africa advertising our product which is easy to attract customer.our daily job was to go on field convience people on how our product is best according to our competitors

It's a fairly good company. I'm getting a lot of experience and enjoy working with people.

Le Morgan gives it's reps an opportunity of being manager after a year to grow within the company and hold higher positions. It offers good training and development. Once a month the reps get to travel and work in different provinces.

Gained more experience

It was a good opportunity for experience and learning further.The hours were average i can not complain because i am naturally a dedicated person.Apart from having colleagues i had a family too.What i enjoyed most was the teamwork spirit,dedication and the understanding that everyone had.My challenges were that the chances for growth were too slim.

Helped work under pressure

Good working under pressure, drives to meet targets every end of the month for incentives, learned to deal with different types of people. Teaches to deal with customers in a calm manner.

Working there is fun

Working as a team is embraced and we have fun while work which makes things easier and more fun to get to work every day. The company work ethics are amazing and understandable
