Assisting walk in customer with queries Take incoming calls from the customer that needs assistance on the order they just received Making sure they fully satisfied with our products..assist drivers by calling the customer to inform them that the drivers are trying to get hold of them

Excellent learning curve

Excellent commission structure. Downfall: face to face cold calling. Lots of travel experiences. Fun team exercises. I've learnt a lot of different approach techniques.

Excellent for starting a career as it vrings challenges to learn from.

Le Morgan has given me a lot to think about in future. always produce my best output. and opportunity exists. you make your own target of salary. not only do you meet new people but you also learn to make and maintain relationships.

Adorable work environment

• We had flexible hours • Co-worker find me easy to approach and work with,am friendly and reliable. • I learnt how to sell product directly and indirect. • With Me Morgan we travel around the Country selling products I just really enjoy that. • My challenge was to reach the target, but managed to reach the target daily

Looking forward to start a stable job

I left my job in December last year.i needed to explore other avenues. Currently I'm looking for a job where I can start building my future and learn more in that company.

Pros: I love driving and therefore I'm doing what I love.
Cons: No benefits e.g medical aid,pension funds etc

Good at persuading

i started last year i had best sales since i was still working it was a nice job becouse we use to travel alot around south africa advertising our product which is easy to attract customer.our daily job was to go on field convience people on how our product is best according to our competitors

It's a fairly good company. I'm getting a lot of experience and enjoy working with people.

Le Morgan gives it's reps an opportunity of being manager after a year to grow within the company and hold higher positions. It offers good training and development. Once a month the reps get to travel and work in different provinces.

Pros: Great promotion opportunity
Cons: Walking the whole day
