Good company
Good company to work for, Excellent long time benefits. Good provident fund and nice medical aid. Employees are part of the ownership scheme with long time rewards.

No sense of belonging
My job profile says im a production planner, but i do the whole supply chain process even dispatch, i dont really know where o belong or what i should prioritise because om working in different sections in the Company, most of the time i dont look forward to go to work, manager told me straight up that she is not experienced in my department. My co workers are very helpful at times.

Fast learner
im currently creating orders,quotations ,sales , debit and credit working on different systems office,sap,cic, heat system im receiving order on emails order in bound calls im doing back office and front office at the time

Yes excellent learning curve
It is a great company to work for cares about people. The people are the working hour are great.The management is great to work there is great opportunity the you must be willing to work hard put in the afford to be great and to work a good company life is two you bring your part and than you will go places in life.

day to day work with co-works is a blessing, and how we work together as a team is good .The level of communication on the day to day is good .I have learn a lot in terms of handle customer and queries. What I enjoy most is collecting money and allocation. the challenge is I have to deal with African Countries while sitting in SA

New experience
I am a hard working electrician. I trained at ARCELOR MITTAL steel, as an electrician and I possess section 13. And I worked at Samancor chrome mine as an electrician maintaines then I moved to Kansai Plascon as an electrician artisan. At ARCELOR MITTAL: I maintained conveyor belt, pumps, lights,panel wiring, lighting, fault finding, SCADA, ac/dc motors and trouble shooting . then i moved to Samancor chrome: 525volts transformer, lighting, pumps, conveyor belt, VSD, trouble shooting, extraction fan, mining wiring and trouble. Then it was Kansai Plascon as an electrician artisan: VSD, pumps, lights, panel wiring, SCADA, ac/dc motors, gate motor,generators,electrical hoist , trouble shooting, firefighting introduction, first aider introduction, ordering of spears and safety officer.

Good for experience
this company is the best place to learn, there are so many things done by each individual not related to their title. family orientated environment challenges include big work loads. individuals take management title too literally and everyone becomes a PA

Quality control and quality assurance knowledge
In my company, we do routine and non routing daily duties. A day has no difference from the other, it always the same. We possess a good relationship with my co-workers and it growing everyday. I have learnt a lot in terms of laboratory work quality standards and systems and also their application within the working environment. I have enjoyed growing my knowledge within the chemical industry, being challenged by different projects and working with instruments I never knew before. The most challenging aspects of the job are accountability and working and instrumentation part of the job.
Pros: There are great opportunities for promotion, however, not likely within my department
Cons: Extramile may be required from employess, however, not very often.
