Always ready for challenge
I am a hard working person and always ready ready for a challenge. I am a fast learner and I adapt easily in anything environment. I have experience as a lab technician and I have acted as a factory chemist. I always apply my skills and knowledge to ensure I work effectively and efficiently.

Daily RTSM Activities
Before official B/HRS calls and consultants contact me with customer complaints. Be it, product, application, specifications etc... for KZN to E.Cape Meetings with customers and consultants occur daily. We have calls that require immediate resolution. Calls , majority of them require reports/specs. We have set customer turn around times from weeks to 3 days for advice and 5 days for complaints. This service assists with the success of every Rand Sales beneficial to the customer. We are a team that maintain high standards of customer centricness, Customer and Team member relationships is important and we adopt moral values I.e. Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Challenges and Customer focus. The sense of closing sales deals, long term customer relationships, and a high demanding pressure is what I enjoy.

Great Learning curve
We support users nationwide and Internationally through our ticketing system. My typical day is coming to the office, log in to the ticketing system to check what tickets are assigned to me, what tickets take priority, what ticket are about to breach SLA and attend them accordingly. We are a strong team of 5 not including other branches. I've learned a lot from networking to software and hardware troubleshooting. Each day we come across new problems to solve and that is what I like about the job

Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern This letter serves to inform you regarding the application of the position mentioned above, My last recent position was Sales Administrator/MRP Controller at Kansai Colourants. I have extensive experience in the customer service industry and Administration, I worked for twelve months in a call centre environment and joined Tsutsuma Petrochem where I worked for two years as an Orders Clerk and doing the overall administration for the company as I was positioned at central office at the head office. I am a good communicator, have good interpersonal skills, listening skills and negotiation skills, I also embrace cultural diversity, given the South African landscape and the country’s recent successes. Enjoy the sales environment. Interacting with customers and internally is my strength
working at Plascon is typically like any other corporate companies. They do however have some good benefits. There is opportunity to grow. The cultures has changed drastically in the recent past.

Change needed in order to grow skills and remain up to trends and relevant
Company currently under 3rd restructuring in two years. Moral and motivation very low. Budgets and marketing initiatives haven been severely cut this year and only very basics will be done next year. Very little growth opportunity or opportunity to grow skill set.

Great exposure and New learning environment
Kansai Plascon when I started was an amazing company to work but I had to take a salary knock as I was desperate as I was on a contract basis with Sasol whereby the project completed. As time passed, at Plascon, things changed. It took me roughly a year and a half to understand the business and i could practically do my job with my eyes closed. I enjoyed the opportunity as I was exposed to the electrical field apart from instrumentation. I also got the opportunity to engage with the sales and marketing departments to understand what value they add to the organisation. I feel I have reach my peak in the organisation and feel the need for change.
Pros: Working within different departments; ie Sales and marketing apart from my daily technical field
Cons: Monotonous working
