I enjoy working with people and how individual react in different situation and with HR every day is a learning days because you encounter different situation. Most challenging when one breach the contract but he/she knows.

I can adapt any environment because I'm patient. I know how to work as a team, time is very important in all circumstances I have to keep it.Discipline is very crucial because nothing u can do without it.

Learning curve and friendly environment
very friendly environment, and the group of workers is not a lot. feels like a family, been through different laboratory departments learnt a lot through my stay here

Enjoy the sales environment. Interacting with customers and internally is my strength
working at Plascon is typically like any other corporate companies. They do however have some good benefits. There is opportunity to grow. The cultures has changed drastically in the recent past.

Change needed in order to grow skills and remain up to trends and relevant
Company currently under 3rd restructuring in two years. Moral and motivation very low. Budgets and marketing initiatives haven been severely cut this year and only very basics will be done next year. Very little growth opportunity or opportunity to grow skill set.

Great exposure and New learning environment
Kansai Plascon when I started was an amazing company to work but I had to take a salary knock as I was desperate as I was on a contract basis with Sasol whereby the project completed. As time passed, at Plascon, things changed. It took me roughly a year and a half to understand the business and i could practically do my job with my eyes closed. I enjoyed the opportunity as I was exposed to the electrical field apart from instrumentation. I also got the opportunity to engage with the sales and marketing departments to understand what value they add to the organisation. I feel I have reach my peak in the organisation and feel the need for change.
Pros: Working within different departments; ie Sales and marketing apart from my daily technical field

Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern This letter serves to inform you regarding the application of the position mentioned above, My last recent position was Sales Administrator/MRP Controller at Kansai Colourants. I have extensive experience in the customer service industry and Administration, I worked for twelve months in a call centre environment and joined Tsutsuma Petrochem where I worked for two years as an Orders Clerk and doing the overall administration for the company as I was positioned at central office at the head office. I learned to work with different people, and I again people's skills
I am a young self-driven and energetic Mechanical Engineering graduate professional with a BTech. I have extensive proven experience in Mechanical Engineering (maintenance) and continuous improvement fields (Projects). I have gained my experience through hands on working, on the maintenance and manufacturing environment. I have proven my competence and ability to work within a team and individually, with and without supervision.

Excellent learning curve
I'm an electrical technician by qualification, but when i got to plascon, i got an insight of chemical engineering and process monitoring, i got to work in the lab and do in process testing of batches, and also operate a SCADA system

Exellent Learning curve
I am a man who enjoy the most to work with my team as we share ideas on how we can make our job more easier. I have learned so many things in my current company. Things like how important is it to respect other co-workers and the superiors. The importance of meeting targets on time given.
