To always be goal oriented and be a team player

The environment is not well kept and it's not safe, through my co-workers I've made friends. It was a wrecking experience to work there but one needs to survive. The most challenging aspect is that you have to always work under pressure and we don't have time for recession. gh my cos not safe

Working at I talk was an amazing opportunity to me as it has taught me a lot about being professional, thining fast and handling a ride client sjsjsjsjsj

Experience curve

Working at italk wasn't the best work experience,we work from 08:00 -20:00 daily while standing and would be given 20-30 minutes lunch daily. There's no level of respect for anyone there. I managed to work there for 6months cause I was in need of the money. Until I resigned because transport was becoming a problem around 20:00 at night. Regardless working as a team we always managed to reach our target daily cause we had good communication and motivation from our group leader.

Cons: Long working hours, standing from morning till knock off time

The treatment is bad

You work extra hours but no pay spend.they don't respect ones feelings and don't care. About their employees safety they don't treat people the way they should be treated

Pros: People who get promoted are people who are heartless people whom don't care about other people's feelings
Cons: You work from 7am to 8pm but the contract stated that you work from 8 to 7

The working environment was gud and it was fun working there even though the hours are long

r the company is a gud place to working for and the staff there understand the meaning of team work,they though me to work well with others and be a team

Work experience good

We working there was good but didn't understand the this thing of going home at 8pm at that time I was going to pretoria an taxis to go there by 7pm they are finished but they didn't care I just... But except that well it was OK but they should stop this thing of making people work on public holidays then nock off at 4

A good place for call centre experience

You get to learn different kinds of techniques, especially when it comes to convincing clients to trust in you. I got to learn how to be a team player and also to be good at reaching my target. There is no bad lead or bad day.

Good learning curve

Sales has taught me that if you really know your goal in life if you are not just working for money but working towards certain goals then you will always reach your target Everyday had its challenges obviously making your target was not an everyday thing but with a little bit of team work we made it possible My co-workers were actually very helpful especially during my first few days we had a great relationship conflicts were there but we solved them within that second

Im energitic and great communicator i understand my customers needs working in sales for 6 month helped me to build confidence consider my self as hardworker,realieble and independent love working with team

I've learned a lot

I am a good communicator I am a problem solver if there is any problems I am a good listener a hard working person. I am willing to work under pressure I want to put the company in a spotlight also increase the service levels and to make company marketable
