Always be read to adept

A typical day at work, starts at 7:20 am prep for the day ahead. I start making calls to customers at 7:25 am my thinking is the early the start, higher the potential of target being reached. I typically end my workday at 7:30 pm and I head home. I have a good relationship with my co workers they turn to me for advice on objection from customer and I’m always happy to assist, I also assist my team lead with the team if she is not in the office. How to motivate a team how to achieve team and individual targets, problem slowing on the spot also dealing with irate customers. the best thing I learn is to always remain cam irrational thinking never has never and will never solve problems. The thing that I like most about the is being useful and capable of solving issues, sometimes it’s not easy to always positive.

Excellent customer service skills

Very stressful but overcoming each and every day. We had a very strong team bond when one is struggling with work pull each other up by exchanging sits and encouraging each other. I learnt to be consistent and focused I enjoyed closing sales and counting my achievements the most challenging part of my job was when clients reject your offer .

Excellent working area

Being a call center agent is a very difficult work because every minute you find different types of attitudes from the clients but you must be calm and always keep a smile on your clients. Being a top agent is a very big challenge because you always work under pressure as many people (team members, team leader and manager) are putting their hopes from you as you always reach your target. I have experienced that days are not the same, sometimes you will have a bad day where you reach your target but that doesn't mean you have to give up on you. You must be humble and enthusiastic. Working with different people with their different needs and goals is one of challenges because have a habit in you but all you need is to always believe in yourself and know why you are here.

To always be goal oriented and be a team player

The environment is not well kept and it's not safe, through my co-workers I've made friends. It was a wrecking experience to work there but one needs to survive. The most challenging aspect is that you have to always work under pressure and we don't have time for recession. gh my cos not safe

Experience curve

Working at italk wasn't the best work experience,we work from 08:00 -20:00 daily while standing and would be given 20-30 minutes lunch daily. There's no level of respect for anyone there. I managed to work there for 6months cause I was in need of the money. Until I resigned because transport was becoming a problem around 20:00 at night. Regardless working as a team we always managed to reach our target daily cause we had good communication and motivation from our group leader.

The treatment is bad

You work extra hours but no pay spend.they don't respect ones feelings and don't care. About their employees safety they don't treat people the way they should be treated

Pros: People who get promoted are people who are heartless people whom don't care about other people's feelings
Cons: You work from 7am to 8pm but the contract stated that you work from 8 to 7
