Excellent learning curve

It has been quit an experience but I don’t mind and I believe that working hard and putting much effort leads to success! I am a hard worker and working hard isn’t stressing or depressing for me cause I believe it comes with rewards.

Stepping stone

Very hard working. Difficult to cope. Not convenient. Work on public holidays and not alot of time to recuperate regarding lunch or even tea breaks.

Best plate form to earn exprience

Working at Italk has been great experience , get to work with lot of different people which really put u in a Good plate form to measure yourself, strong points and weak point as well also teachs you more on working as ateam. Even thore even one has his/her job to do but those short times yourl get together talking about work and other things help one to grow. The working environment isn't so good yes it crowed but work get done..The best things is the compation amongs agent to reach the taget keeps the sales coming and the job lovable

Im energitic and great communicator i understand my customers needs working in sales for 6 month helped me to build confidence consider my self as hardworker,realieble and independent love working with team

Working as a call center help me to be more of a communicater,friendly,patient and vigilant.

Working at my company is challenging because you almost meet new people everyday and with different perspectives,goals and energy...Sometimes you feel like quitting because there is a lot of pressure but then you talk with your inner self and think of what bought you there.i have learned to participate in teams and always say my options and I enjoy it.

My great experience about my current job is that it's a great environment but very crowded and they only pay when they feel like it They treat us unfairly They working hours are not normal

Pros: I'm a very fast learner and dont mind working extra hours
Cons: I dont have a problem with working long hours as long as u get paid I really dont mind

SAP experience

Good Day Well I have been privileged to work both for a big company and a small entity in my professional life, The difference is present I must say due to the dynamics and nature of the business. Afrox African Oxygen is big company where I offered my services in the Germiston Branch, the work load was always exciting because you literally the whole time and after lets say two months there is an in training of either SAP or Excel or Quadrums and competency points. I worked for 3 different managers so I worked for Hospitality accounts i.e restaurants and Health plus clinical accounts i.e hospitals. All these accounts bought gas but the main distinction of these mentioned accounts is that the food industry ordered Liquid petroleum gas whereas clinics & hospitals ordered Oxygen.

Pros: Growth is abundance
Cons: Sometimes permanents would work even from home & weekends, some literally lived and breathe Afrox.

Financial services

The position at Italk is very challenging and high pressure. It is a learning curve for me. I enjoy challenge and persuading others into doing something and that's what my position is mostly about. I learned a lot about team work and setting daily targets and meeting them.I also learned about handling objection without my team leader's help.

I am a persistent person good in communication skills like to solve problems.creative person who thinks out of the box punctual specific,mwasureble,realistic and achievable.fast in learning good in attention hard worker good in also working with a team.Team player someone who is willing to succeed.vibtant person energetic like to share ideas when ever is needed someone who is willing to go extra miles and available immediately

Willing to lean

i have a good bond with my co workers. i enjoy doing my job . reaching targets is one of the best feeling of the day . i usually make 10 to 15 targets a day and i'am willing to learn as much as possible

Pros: leaning new things, meeting new challenges on a daily basis
