Great dedicated and driven by integrity is the team I work with.
Great company to work for with friendly staff and supportive managers. The only issue is is that there is no job security and wages got cut which makes it hard for staff members to survive

Good communication skills, hard worker
I am hardworking, problem solving, passionate & open minded individual with a voracious appetite for anything within the supply chain. I have acquired strong administration and procurement experience within the supply chain model (Demand management, acquisition management, logistics management and disposal & risk management). I have also acquired knowledge of the national treasury regulations including the PFMA and PPPFA

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day is normal doing what has been given to me as a task. I have good relations with my co-workers and relate very well. I am continuously learning a new thing everyday in the Internal Auditing fraternity. I enjoy writing reports after conducting an audit. The most challenging aspect of my job is meeting a difficult client who is unwilling to co-operate.

Professional and Personal growth
Mutual respect among employees and the culture of humanity is what I've enjoyed the most. I have learnt to worrk under pressure which I taught myself to enjoy it than feeling the need to do so.

Its not that but there is no growth and i have been in the same position for the past 7 years doing the same thing and i have not learned anything in those past years

There is alwaus something to learn
My time at IDT has tought me how to effectively implement processes through planning, taking heed of the small things and balancing important tasks with targets. I further learnt the importance of clear communication between me and involved stakeholders in order to be efficient with the outcome or end result. I have also learnt to balance work and mypersonal life as this can be challenging in the supply chain industry.
Pros: high level of professionalism, high level supervising opportunities even to junior staff, effective planning

Lesson learned
Good environment. Communicate well with coworkers. I have learned many skills:communication, how to handle pressure. Every moment spent was very enjoyable. Working in a team is always challenging because you are always expected to deliver and productive at all times.

Experience of working with multiple clients
It has been an excellent opportunity to grow as an individual and in providing leadership to the team. This provided me with experience of the application of project management theory into real practice. Working with different government clients and other partners in a host of different and dynamic project portfolios also provides great and fulfilling experience. There in no option but to respect working with teams from various backgrounds, including professional teams of consultants. Job enrichment at its best is when one delivers to the client a completed project of highest quality, within scheduled time and cost.
