Good learning opportunities

Good training conducted there were IBL audits as well as training. FSSC2200 training conducted as well. We work hand in hand with the Quality Assurance managers. We conducted training to the stuff members. Manage Quality controllers. Investigation and respond to customers complaints, run factory trials to improve on quality and solve quality issues.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Long working hours, no opportunity for promotion, less salary

Excellent learning curve for career growth

A growing company that needs a lot of focus and attention which it currently lacks. no clear directives and short and long term goal. no transparency and alignment amongst divisions which causes a lot of issues.

Learned a lot

I got the opportunity to know more around the industrie i even got the chance to study manufecturing manangement even though it was company paid i didnt get the certificate but i learned a lot

Lovely working environment

I love the people i work with and company always help to build and mold you the best way they can. The managers and executive team is really help full and it is wonderful working so close with them . Workers is well trained and have a great spirit

Excellent room for great product innovation and development

My daily schedule includes innovation and My daily schedule development. I fo kitchen trials on new concepts, conduct tastings and support reports prior to meeting the client. Once product are approved we do factory trials which involves nutri analysis, shelf life determination and packaging solutions. I work extremely well with my colleagues even under pressure we push to get the job done. I have learnt how to self manage myself and my projects, when my manager resigned it has been 9 months without her replacement. And we managed to launch products. The challenging part of my job, is meeting customers deadline which are unrealistic to the process we do and type of environment we work in. innovation and product

I learn a lot at in2food

Now I need to grow more in another and learn something new to me,So that I can also use my experience with others. I do admin work I sometimes work as supervisor on his absence

Good for learning and experience

The management is good and the workers are good also.i have learned to handle ressure , time management, to work as individual. I enjoy to be part of the team and work as one team
