The place is too cold and the amount I'm earning is not enough,but it's nice when coming to people im working with.The workload is to much than the payment and I have been working as a agent.

I like to learn to do different things
It was nice to work with different people ,I learn to how to cook n do salads n wen u working wth food u hv to be clean the surface n hygean .the most thing i enjoy is hw to do sauce n learn different spices. the most challenge its wen we have to fish the target of the day

A place where everything came together
The role requires all my experience gathered over many years, from working with people in Production to working with commercial matters and negotiating prices and margins. I enjoy the variety of the job. I am also in the position to make decisions and I enjoy looking for a solution for problems.

Excellent learning experience
Wwe work in the team of trree kut sometimes you end up handling the while load by yoyrself because coworkers went to lunch. The temperature is extremely low.

Working for I2F - Paarl.
The most stressful part working at the company is the people. Those that do not understand what I.T. means. A typical work would be resetting passwords, reprogramming proprietary software. Troubleshooting and finding solutions for Hardware and Networking issues. I enjoy the knowledge that everyday isn't the same and that most problems may look the same, but isn't. The downside for me is the traveling from Mitchells Plain to Paarl. Within every big company you will get people that you can work with and those that you cannot, but I will always go and repair/fix issues as quickly and as accurate as possible.
Pros: Great for growing.

Good learning opportunities
Good training conducted there were IBL audits as well as training. FSSC2200 training conducted as well. We work hand in hand with the Quality Assurance managers. We conducted training to the stuff members. Manage Quality controllers. Investigation and respond to customers complaints, run factory trials to improve on quality and solve quality issues.

Excellent learning curve for career growth
A growing company that needs a lot of focus and attention which it currently lacks. no clear directives and short and long term goal. no transparency and alignment amongst divisions which causes a lot of issues.
