Excellent learning curve
My current company is a very good company tto start with as your first job and collect much experience. But my current position is not precise what I wanted to do and see myself in a different position. My typical work day consist of much technical stuff in the factory: Quality, Customer complaints, internal audits, tastings etc. I have learnt a lot and the people I work with is very nice and we all are hard working people so as a team it’s nice to committing. One of my challenges were that we are 8 technologists that needs to share 4 desks and computers, so that were quite frustrating. I enjoy working here, and like to met new people.
Pros: Great opertunaty to gather fantastic work experience

Excellent room for great product innovation and development
My daily schedule includes innovation and My daily schedule development. I fo kitchen trials on new concepts, conduct tastings and support reports prior to meeting the client. Once product are approved we do factory trials which involves nutri analysis, shelf life determination and packaging solutions. I work extremely well with my colleagues even under pressure we push to get the job done. I have learnt how to self manage myself and my projects, when my manager resigned it has been 9 months without her replacement. And we managed to launch products. The challenging part of my job, is meeting customers deadline which are unrealistic to the process we do and type of environment we work in. innovation and product

Great place to kick start your career there's a lot happening helps keep a person on her feet and come up with great ideas everyday, everyday you earn everyday you grow.

Excellent company to work for I am still learn every day I have a very good relationship with senior management and co-worker, The fast place environment has learn to make fast and accurate process changes.

Moderate growth
Well time management field. Helps to deal with people's pressure at any level or position. It is a challenging field since one fixes slightly different problems which requires different approach.

No opportunity for growth.
As a Technical Signatory/Microbiologist/ Trainer , there's no opportunity for growth or moving up the ladder even though I have close to 5 years working experience. Work weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Lots of manual labour. Routine laboratory work with no mental challenge. The part I enjoy is not working night shift like my previous job.

Experience in food service
The place is too cold and the amount I'm earning is not enough,but it's nice when coming to people im working with.The workload is to much than the payment and I have been working as a agent.
