Excellent work place

Working at imperial as a driver is good. You have to check your order for the next route and make sure everything is there. You finish your stops and come back to the depo. Yo you dibrif after you you have done for the day go check another load for the next day.

Pros: There's over times
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Good placement of business knowledge

Good relationship with employees on my site, capture daily data on my master ops assign drivers trucks and loads according to the demand plan. Discuss daily loads with management and any overtime to be worked after i receive report back from driver's, make sure drivers is informed of overtime to be worked.

Pros: Great opportunity SOP implementation its informative
Cons: Im to far from my family who lives in Port Elizabeth

Excellent benefits.

A very busy place. Loved my job and colleagues. My job was very challenging and Very deadline driven. Great teamwork. Communication from management could improve. Could be a better place if they can do teambuildings.

dies deadline oriented Good working relationship Collaboration And paying attention to details When you don't seem to be getting the respondents that you want from the your co-wokers or surbodinates while you are approaching the deadline, you appear as if you are impatient but you are deadline oriented

Excellent learning curve

A day at my workplace include getting through emails and running reports for client,to be sent by 11am. Making sure deliveries for yesterday did go through. Overall day making sure orders have been captured correctly,booked for delivery and will be delivered. Our work culture is good as we work as a team.

Pros: One learn a lot about the servicing on a client from a-z.
Cons: Long working hours
