I'm hard worker good communication.i'm forklift driver load and load trucks make sure forklift clean,do a daily check list.pack at a garage charge the batterys every day

This company culture has taught me to relate to alot of working relationships and different cultures and diversity. The best place to grow and grow since job rotation is promoted.

Excellent learning curve

my typical day at work begins at 4am in the morning as i clock in at 6am and knock off at 6pm. the moment i get to work i find work waiting for me as the nightshift guys are knocking off. my relationship with my co-workers is somehow strictly professional because of the environment i work in. the environment is not healthy at all including with the management. there's no appreciation what so ever regardless of how much effort you put in your work. I'm just not a data capturer, i assist wherever I'm needed. i have learnt a lot as Imperial is a big company and always introducing new things, the most challenging aspects of the job is the hours, as i work 12 hours for three days day shift and 3 night

Hard worker

I'm a hard worker wiling to work shifts, holidays and overtime. i can drive my work without been monitored and reach my deadlines. i'm also a team worker. i enjoy working with people who has passion. self-motivated even when the work load is high. cause that's how i am. what i've learned is the more you enjoy your work more than money and be willing to learn more the more you grow. I feeling good when i've help another person as it also helps me to improve my skills.

Very long hours and complex environment. Good and solid environment for development and growth in a career.. Opportunities are vast due to organisation size.

Excellent Leadership exposure

The work itself was a mix of leadership and work exposure. The environment was very professional. The Team spirit and the approachability of Leadership was so encouraging and inspiring.

A good company to learn from, though the salary is low

I want new challenges and with a better salary. I want to explore my skills and knowledge and find where my passion is at, I like driving and I know it is my passion, I am determined to gain experience elsewhere and make the best of my life and career.

Learning curve

1. Assign calls to relevent department. Resolve calls on the queue as quick as possible. Troubleshoot It devices 2. Team players always available to assist 3. Communnuication skills, Troubleshoot on linux devices 4. Resolving issues first time 5. Working shifts
