Lots to learn but hard to grow in position

Only care about the bottom line and forget about clients at long term projects. Don't give credit where it's due until consultant is going to leave.

IBM is not a good payer and doesn't give employees income increase every year even the bonuses are very low.i want a new job because I'm not satisfied

Friendly,hard worker,patient,reliable,proactive,team player

I'm a hard working person I'm a team player and enjoy sharing knowledge I learn communication skills with client I learn the itil principles I learn how to respond to pressure in a demanding environment I learn to manage relation with colleagues in a stressfull envirenment I learn how to be accurate and proactive I learn who manage good relatiion with management I learn patience I enjoy solving problem

Great place to learn at your own pace and develop yourself towards a career

Great place to learn at your own pace and develop yourself towards a career path you have chosen. Great culture and working environment. When you are on the bench you get enough time to work on your individual goals within the company. Sometimes the bench gets frustrating when there are no projects. You feel like you are not adding value to the company

Learnt alot

learnt to work under pressure and lots of learning opportunities should you take them. One of the few companies willing to take in graduates. This is a good opportunity to break into the work place and proof yourself. Not great for long term career.

For more than 8 years I remain on contract. There was no hope to advance . It was done by connection and to be review for promotion you shoukd be permanant. And to be permànant it was by collor of your skin or be a friend with managet.
