Excellent leadership skills
Working at Huawei is very exciting as l work with a diverse and creative team who recognizes and implement the company core values. A work day consists of running day to day activities of the project.These activities include planning, managing and delivering the projects within agreed timelines and budget. I am a direct and approachable manager with an open door policy which makes it easier for team members to discuss issues as they arise. In reality projects do not move along a linear trajectory hence l have learnt that once issues arises i have to act quickly but very efficient. I enjoy impressing the customers all the time. This is achieved by working as a team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and it is fit for purpose. The major challenge is a poorly defined goal which will lead to profit loss. It is important that the objective is justified throughout the life cycle of the project to enable benefits to be recognized during the project closure.

Working hours too high
Huawei Technologies pty ltd is wonderful company but demands too much from it*s employees. the hours are too long causing too not at all have balance life. so many want to leave the company but too their financial situation they cannot afford to leave. I decided to leave because no matter how efficient I became, I still end up working the same long hours. I would like a position where the hours are more reasonable and the job security is good. I think this position will be a wonderful suit for me because I have been a receptionist while I was in high school for my father^s company and I have learned MS Office and Gained a better command of English language. My mandarin is fluent and I think I will be a wonderful asset to your company. Thank for taking the time to read this review and I hope I am considered for this position

I have workedq as a IT Support, Data com engineer, field engineer and a Project supply
I have worked as an IT support techician for 18'months. I was doing troublshoting and degnosise Computers software and hardware. I have learned about customer service. I have worked as a Datacom engineer for 12'month, field engineer optical transmission for 12'month at huawei Technology. I have leranti about Telecoms. I have also work as a project supply 10 month.

Excellence work environment
I am an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic telecoms Engineer with experience in fibre optic OSP floating, 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G micro wave wireless link, planning, telecoms civil work RF telecoms site supervision from survey to projects implementation and Rollout. I am convinced myself on my skill planning for my eagle eye and attention to detail as well as my ability to meet deadlines

Good learning curve
Site installation, QA on site, ATP. Manage sub-contractors, working closely with planners, engineers, and managers. I have learnt more about optical transmission, DWDM systems such as OSN9800 and OSN1800, and the signal flow. Using U2000 to monitor the systems remotely. System monitoring, troubleshooting, Commissioning is what I enjoy the most. Traveling to far sites is the most challenging part for me.
Pros: Good environment to learn, manage yourself.

Good experience
Working at Huawei technology requires dedication and since every thing is goal oriented, one performance is measured by delivery, team work is essential and high professionalism and good work ethics is fundamental as it is a global company and multinational. For management and implementation, a proper scope has to lined out with day to day achievements clearly stated, i enjoy working with all people from all walks of life, customer facing as well as the team under my supervision, i have learnt to be open minded, and responsible for all outcomes, good and bad, because as a manager and project engineer, it is the sore duty to complete plan and see it through

Very difficult workplace
Extremely very busy workplace I am good in team work always willing to assist and learn from others I have learnt on how to multi task Meeting face to face with many visitors coming into the office Managing a chinese switchboard where their visitors only know their nicknames which are in English while in the system it's Chinese

For young people. Not suited for professionals with families.
Good to grow with a brand from the bottom. And see hard work pay off. I have worked in telecomms for 14 years and feel i need an industry change. And to do something different.
