Excellent company for entry-level
Good enviroment for growth and learning. Unforntunate that there is no permanent employment and you work rediculous hours. No perks or benefits. The Chinese are often in the office for long time. Some of them are even illegal immigrants into the country cause when emmigration dept comes they all disappeared from the office for days. Most of the things are done breaking the law

Big company to work for
Big company to work for, lots of reporting levels. If you're a permanent staff you will get preferential treatment. Got to be persistent and self motivator. Lots of challenges to get information due to lots of internal control.

Excellent curve learning
I am highly hand working, assertive and analytic. I can work well under too much pressure. I am service driven and target oriented. I have wide experience within the Telecommunication as a team leader so I hugely understand what a team needs to be productive and effective. I am a great team player as well. I used to manage 150 engineers from different regions but would however be able to lead my team without any communication glitch. I would schedule one to one meetings with my team to get a sense of where they are and a weekly team meeting to discuss the team objectives and target. With one on one, I was able to draw up a performance nodule which only apply to certain individuals.

Great opportunity for skills development

Excellent leadership skills
Working at Huawei is very exciting as l work with a diverse and creative team who recognizes and implement the company core values. A work day consists of running day to day activities of the project.These activities include planning, managing and delivering the projects within agreed timelines and budget. I am a direct and approachable manager with an open door policy which makes it easier for team members to discuss issues as they arise. In reality projects do not move along a linear trajectory hence l have learnt that once issues arises i have to act quickly but very efficient. I enjoy impressing the customers all the time. This is achieved by working as a team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and it is fit for purpose. The major challenge is a poorly defined goal which will lead to profit loss. It is important that the objective is justified throughout the life cycle of the project to enable benefits to be recognized during the project closure.

Working hours too high
Huawei Technologies pty ltd is wonderful company but demands too much from it*s employees. the hours are too long causing too not at all have balance life. so many want to leave the company but too their financial situation they cannot afford to leave. I decided to leave because no matter how efficient I became, I still end up working the same long hours. I would like a position where the hours are more reasonable and the job security is good. I think this position will be a wonderful suit for me because I have been a receptionist while I was in high school for my father^s company and I have learned MS Office and Gained a better command of English language. My mandarin is fluent and I think I will be a wonderful asset to your company. Thank for taking the time to read this review and I hope I am considered for this position

Very difficult workplace
Extremely very busy workplace I am good in team work always willing to assist and learn from others. Meeting face to face with many visitors coming into the office. Operating a chinese switchboard which is very unfriendly taking one call at a time and callers loosing temper
