I work in a good condition in the office and field Very good relationship with my co-workers. O configure sites and maintain. I have gained more knowledge wheb it comes to telecommunications.

Growth prospects are limited.

Growth prospects are limited. The company only promotes Chinese nationals. There are no annual inflationary adjustments to salaries. The organisation is more suitable for graduates with no experience as they can acquire skills in the sector.

Pros: I report to a good manager.
Cons: No growth prospects.

Abundance in experience

Always onnthe road. Lots of freedom Lomg hours. Exciting opportunity tongrow. Grow in the sales ondustry. It is a very small industry. Enjoyable work. Target driven.

Process and results driven

Results and process driven individual. Looking for a company which matches loyalty and geared towards employee development. I have been involved in telecommunications predominantly and believe I would be an asset to any company I am placed in. A hard worker and fast learner.

Excellent to learn a diverse business

Very fast paced business, requires alot of extened hours. Target driven pushing for growth 25 % more than the previous months. Lots of focus on new innovation and technology. I have learned alot from this business as they are very focused on growth in large numbers. Biggest challenge is ship to trade as forecasting sometimes is not so accurate where we are unable to service demand of sell out.

Cons: Have to work 195 hours per month

Exposure to new technolgy is good

Very strict on time keeping. No late coming. No free thinking or using your initiative as all processes to follow the strict management hierarchy back to HQ in China. Work place culture is strange to the western culture. Meetings in-house are 90 percent in Mandarin. Best part was job satisfaction when the customer is satisfied with end result.

Knowledge

I'm a person who likes to be busy all the time, with excellent communication skills with my pears over the 32 years I've worked in the Telecommunication industry. The thing I love the most is the amount of knowledge I've learnt over the years at Telkom and Huawei. I also enjoy selling the concept of new technology to customers.

Excellent in networking

Good in team player, great on going communication with co workers, going out for team buildings, great learning curve for networking and ICT skills, learning different projects, supply chain management skills, engaging with customers. Challenges was to work till late, and on weekends and holidays.

A good learning curve

Conducting planning for sites Conduct site surveys, kick off meetings installation and configuring network nodes Conducting EHS, site Quality and acceptance Maintenance and fault troubleshooting Good working relationship with collogues Day to day learning encountering different problems on a daily basis I enjoy the non routine environment of my job
