Excellent learning curve
My typical work day consists of tracking progress; stats submissions; Invoice creation; communicating with the customer; following up on outstanding work; communicating with our sub-contractors; tracking payments on our internal system and updating our customer. I have a very close relationship with my co-workers and I try to assist where I can. I have learnt to work as a team as well as how to delegate work and take charge of the projects assigned to me. I have also learnt how to accurately track the progress of my projects and work under pressure. I enjoy seeing the project coming together knowing that I coordinated it and brought it to success. The most challenging aspect of my job is to balance our work relationships and still be able to delegate when a task needs to be carried out.

It's an exciting job and more demanding
On a day to day basis l stand in as the technical representative for the company and the client, Telekom on site acceptance after built and if any technical issues arises after site handover has been done On the other hand l am responsible for verification, interpretation and validation of the results from the subcontractor before they are sent to the client. If the subcontractors need some technical assistance in them being able to implement the job before hand, l am their point of contact. I am also responsible for identifying the areas where the subcontractor team is coming short due to lack of training and l schedule them for the training and certify them

Exposure to new technolgy is good
Very strict on time keeping. No late coming. No free thinking or using your initiative as all processes to follow the strict management hierarchy back to HQ in China. Work place culture is strange to the western culture. Meetings in-house are 90 percent in Mandarin. Best part was job satisfaction when the customer is satisfied with end result.

Excellent to learn a diverse business
Very fast paced business, requires alot of extened hours. Target driven pushing for growth 25 % more than the previous months. Lots of focus on new innovation and technology. I have learned alot from this business as they are very focused on growth in large numbers. Biggest challenge is ship to trade as forecasting sometimes is not so accurate where we are unable to service demand of sell out.
Pros: Able to test new technology units
Cons: Have to work 195 hours per month

Excellent learning curve
A good working experience. I've learned about a passive optical network and how to design route based on autocad. Also completing Bill of quality templates.

Typical working day.
My working day starts at 06:30 performing urgent and important functions before business starts at 8am. Meet with staff effected by these functions that require urgent attention and address matters and goals the must be achieved for the day and rest of the week. The rest if the day is divided into attending to emails, monitoring project milestones, budget expenditure, compiling reports the occasional meeting with other teams and or members. Meeting with other heads of departments and with superiors happen after hours. The most challenging aspects of my job is to achieve project milestone dates, meeting budget and dealing with aspects out of my control influencing these goals. I enjoy the pressure that comes with it and like to be in control of staff/teams to achieve project success.
Pros: Working with many caltures.
Cons: No salary increases for three years and long hours.

Would like to have a good and healthy working environment with all people that i am working with
I enjoy to work with people and to work under pressure and I believe in the say of if you want to know more you should do it the hard way no matter hoe long or hard it will take us acjive it but we must try our best ,I don't mind to learn more and know more , I love challenges and to try something new about the environment that I work at.
Pros: Iwork hard in order for me to get a promotion

Good in communication skills and brand management
greetings I have been with the team at BUFMS for the past 6 months and had a good experience mostly in chasing target working with different race from around south Africa. I have learned self discipline is key and mostly to listen more.
Pros: I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW FROM A SUPERVISOR AND WAS PROMOTED TO AREA MANAGER FOR LIMPOPO
