Chalanging and educational learning curve

There has been many challenges and learning curves with Huawei. Although some of these force you to adapt quicker than you would want to. Which is unfortunate. Each company has bad experiences and good experiences. With Huawei the good do outweigh the bad if you willing to adapt and change the way you communicate with people.

Pros: Learn a lot of different positions at once
Cons: Growth is extremely slow

Excellent learning experience

My responsibilities are to manage inventory, facilitate training of in store consultants for huawei and I also do sales for them in store. I attend regular for huawei products that I must push in terms of sales and I have to educate customers about the industry and brand itself before they make a purchase. During the time I have worked there I learned how important time management is because I work six days a week and I still have to juggle everything else in my life like furthering my studies and focusing on my own startup.

Excellent learning service, including quality and work. But employers don't care about their employees wellbeing and life they don't value them they care only about money and bonuses

Best learning experience so far

They work under pressure and with no consideration for the workers, it would be beat if huawei didn't have a agent and worked directly with its employee. That would work very well with its employees cause the workers are not happy at all

3rd PARTY PARTNER MANAGER

I manage operator energy contracts with their direct contractors to deliver value of good network availability. The action is so that the Huawei équipement delivers value to the customer . It’s quite satisfying to make all partners happy (Huawei, Operators(Vodacom, Orange, Airtel and Africell) I love my job and I value excellency.

Pros: SLA aligned with all partners .
Cons: Some SLAs are not aligned with all partners meaning one is likely to suffer at the expense of the other. Mine it to manage the relationship and ensure quality result that satisfy both parties.

Would like to have a good and healthy working environment with all people that i am working with

I enjoy to work with people and to work under pressure and I believe in the say of if you want to know more you should do it the hard way no matter hoe long or hard it will take us acjive it but we must try our best ,I don't mind to learn more and know more , I love challenges and to try something new about the environment that I work at.

Pros: Iwork hard in order for me to get a promotion
Cons: i dont mind working long hours as long i will have experience and knowledge of it
