SELLING AT MY BEST LEVEL
I am a very motivated individual, who likes working with people, feel the need to respect the workplace. understand of very sophisticated workplace material, and would to expand my career towards new career. I have learned how to get along with my co workers and respecting through workplace ethos, I have enjoyed the way we worked with each other and we treated as employees. the most challenging thing that we had to do was selling through telephone and presentation to clients.

PERFECT PLATFORM TO BE
Excellent work environment with different work ethics, a home at work is basically the best way tp describe the working experience at hollard everyday is a new experience day dealing with different personalities and having to do things inconsiderate of my work family.

Excellent learning curve and working opportunity
-Helping users fix their IT problems -My co-workers and I work very well together and we assist each other when needed -How the corporate world works and how to behave. How to work under pressure -Huddles and discussing the issues we encountered and how to resolve them. -Having to meet SLA in short time

Data capture
Capturing clients information to make policies. Calling clients to make sure that they received their quote and they if they do understand whats on their quotes.
Pros: When working at hollard there are good opportunityies of growing yourself there.
Cons: It takes time for them to employ people as permanent workers.

Excellent learning curve
Working at the company I learned to do team work and come up with solutions. The challenges that I have experienced should finding the client that have ttoo much objections and not understanding the product. Also learned how to handle those objections deand deal with costumer. Now I have learned and understand the needs of people

Excellent experience
I was working with outbound and inbound calls, my relationship with my colleagues was wonderful I may say. I have learned so many things through the company eg how to handle customers in good manner, also I've enjoy working there it was very easy to get to customers. The most challenging part during my work experience was that I had to find customers on my own and if not you were on the firing line.

Excellent learning curve
Selling and making sales,interacting the one-on-one Meetings with clients.Answering the incoming calls and calling customers to provide quality customer service.My relationship with my colleagues is very good as I am team player.I have learnt a lot in the sales industry as you can sometimes earn whatever amount you want.I enjoy working with clients as I get to understand the kind of people in life.

the bra normal day at my company is opening the branch disabled makemyseld some coffee tgeeady for my day re the alarm m_anch service clip start at opening then we start servicing clients for different things the branch doorsents assist awe start by existing clients servicing remove and add befits we we make sure all the documents is correct for fica purpose relation ship with my colleagues is very go there most challenging was that the clients at Hollard are for more xhosa speaking clients i had a few basic xhosa but had the learn even more while I'm working hrreod coz I'm a very open person an help were i can ses also do new policy ne fitsgwe sr isi have learned a lot i have learned more about funeral as i was doing more loans at my previous companyd mutual n a team
