Reviewing of previous days performance. Forecast required performance to make profit. Motivate staff and external urgent by setting daily targets to meet required target for the month. Review individual performance indicators and do coaching, follow up coaching to improve performance and focus on achieving intended goal.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve, learnt a lot from the company and they allowed me to study which was a bonus as it was an investment in my success in life..The company had an open door policy which meant that we can bounce ideas with one another or even ask tough questions without fear of discrimination

The environment was conducive to learning and growing as an individual .Typical day included focus on the project check ins with most of the stakeholders and doing updates on the relevant project plans .Engagement with Business is key.
Pros: Great environment should certain managers have been leaders and not power hungry individuals

A Brilliant company to work for.
The company has a very good culture, great balance between life and work. Outstanding performance in the insurance industry. there are a lot of perks in this company which makes it a very good company to work for.

I had to travel everyday working on my own and setting up appointments with government institutions to do a presentation to sell the products that we have to offer and also assist current clients.

Working ethics
Hollard Insure is a good company to work for.Everyday we have our stand up meeting to report about what projects are you busy with and how far are you with your project.I have learnt a lot from my co-workers i started from being data capture to be a junior test analyst. There's a very good relationship between workers they are always ther for each other and always helping each other. I have learnt a lot about the insurance industry. I enjoy testing and finding and logging bugs and making sure that requirement are met accordingly. the most challenging aspects on the job is when the business requirements document is not properly prepared Its also difficult to test when there is no BRD cause you test what you've been told to do.When testing environment are not prepared on time or not working.
