I have an excellent relationship with my Co workers that makes a day at work bearable.
I have learnt that connectivity is the key to successful achievement of our tagerts. And I feel stuck in Harmony because there is no professional growth or any development for workers workers are developed arcoding to size of their pockets not capability. And I can work longer hours in Harmony we normally work 9 to 14 hours a day
Pros: The opportunity for promotion is nil unless u have enough money to buy it.

Working as instrument technician for maitenance of all instruments at the shaft

CIENT ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL. HARD WORKER AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL. WILLINGNESS TO WORK LONG HOURS IF IT'S FOR THE BENEFIT OF MY CLIENT. TRAINING OF MY CLIENT ON THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY.
Pros: Wealth of experience gained in the mining sector including better opportunities.
Cons: Safety is alway a concern even if you're not directly affected with the mining industry.

Good experience
I've seen that at the mine industry people who work underground are being developed more than those who work on surface. Having experience is more important than the quality of the work that you only learn within a short period of time. Time is important than disloyalty.

Work as safe as possible
Hard working man taking safety as my first priority. I always work to finish my job and like team work assessing the risk before commencing any job . I understand and listen to ideas of my coworkers

Excellent learning curve
• Performing fault finding and maintenance in the plant • ISO calibration and installing transmitters e.g. pressure, level, Ph, temperature etc. • Installation of solenoid valves, proximity switches and control valves. • Running cable from instrument device to junction) from JB to ABB I/O modules and card in the rack. • Doing breakdowns and calibrations of analytical instruments such as cyanide analyzer etc. • Maintenance of weigh bridge • Maintenance of safety devices such as belt trip alarm, block shoot detector etc. • Reading the instruments from SCADA. • Taking care of Radiation Sources (Radiation Protection Officer). • Calibration of Density Meters, Belt Scale. • Doing standby.
