Excellent learning curves

I am a young ambitious lady with a Bcom Human Resource Management qualification from the University of Limpopo. During my time in University and vacation jobs I have developed leaership skills,time management, interpersonal skills and organizational skills. I work well in teams and independently. I am looking for an opportunity to develop my career while continuing to learn and producing quality worknone

I love working in that company, but theres no growth as an employee.

Mthe company is a family company. So a person like me has no growth in this company only the family and the close members are having opportunities to be recognized. I remember when I was retrenched in October 2020with other two employees I was told that is because of the Covid 19. And the company is experiencing financial difficulties., but the day after the colleagues that I was retrenched with came back.. I was hurt that the employers were supposed to tell me straight that unfortunately Ithey cant work with me. I then understood that I'm not related them.

Pros: I'm organized and able to meet deadlines. I adapt easily to changes. I'm good in working under pressure.
Cons: I sometimes find myself work hard and forget about my family .
