From my experience to the jobs I’ve done, it has been very great working in those industries. during retail at cotton on group , that’s when I learnt how to do sales and how to attract customers . It improved my communication skills . And as much as it was busy (peak season) I learnt how to work under pressure. It was more or less the same experience with working at Gautrain . It was a bit busy as well , I got to engage with a lot of people , it helped me learn how to maintain a corporate relationship with my co-workers. It was fun and this helped me prepare myself for the real world .

I was last employed at hi fi corporation,I was excellent at what I did as a warranty salesman.No matter what kind of day it was I always gave it 120%, that’s why my sales were always on top.

a typical work day is very busy. i work by myself most of the time and i constantly need to thin k on my feet. involved a great deal of independent research, presentations in practical groups and working in groups using English as the main source of communication. It also influenced a lot of organisational and administrative skills, self-motivation, hard work and a great deal of multi-tasking to meet deadlines. The work experience on the other hand provided a platform whereby I could put all the skills taught into action. These activities go hand in hand with the ability to adjust to different personalities as I value individual differences.

Excellent learning curve
a typical work day involves answering phone calls and filing. my relationship with co-workers is excellent, we keep it professional and inviting at the same time. i have learnt a lot from this job as it taught me a lot about work ethic and how one should take pride in their job. i also learnt to understand and respect individual differences. i enjoy the way the nature of the job keeps me on my toes.The most challenging aspect of the job is having to keep up with many clients that do not necessarily keep up with the time.
