GHa DAY ENDS WITH DISAGREEMENTS OR INFIGHTS DUE TOPRESURESSURE WHEN THE DELEVERABLES ARE NOT MET OR ARE HARD TO ACHIEVE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IS TOO PROFESSIONAL AND AT THE SAME TIME TOO FLEXY BECAUSE ACCOUNTS ARE ALWAYS AT FAULT AS PER THEM DUE TO SALARY QUERIES OR OVERTIME CALCUALATIONS BUT AFTER WORK WE ARE FAMILY AS WE SHARE MST OF OUR EXPEWERIENCES OR PROBLEMS I HAVE LEARNED THAT YOU MUST ALWAYS BE CALM AND SHOW PERSEVERANCE WHEN IT COMES TO ACHIEVING THE GOALS OR DEADLINES OF THE COMPANY II HAVE ENJOYED WORKING WITH PEOPLE,ENGAGING THEM WITH VARIOUS ISSUES OR WORKING TOWARDS SAME GIOAL THE MOSOT CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS TO BALANCE THE PETTY CASH OF EVRY CREW WHO WAS ISSUED PETTY CASH FLOAT AND FOLLOWING UP ON CERTAIN QUERIES YOU HAVE PICKED-UP DURING THE AUDIT.

Excellent learning curve

a typical work day involves answering phone calls and filing. my relationship with co-workers is excellent, we keep it professional and inviting at the same time. i have learnt a lot from this job as it taught me a lot about work ethic and how one should take pride in their job. i also learnt to understand and respect individual differences. i enjoy the way the nature of the job keeps me on my toes.The most challenging aspect of the job is having to keep up with many clients that do not necessarily keep up with the time.

Good learning working place

the company is a good learning working place with good experience to acquire. lets you work closely with community members. there are no assured end year bonuses though. you can enjoy the work for sake of gaining some experience to enable you to go work in other departments

Graduating and being on the job search for so long has been the most humbling experience. As demotivating as this prolonged phase can be, I feel that being confident and determined during this time is whats needed to be successful.

Good interpersonal development

Good inter-personal relationship development. Developed skills in communication and ability to set boundaries and time management. The most challenging aspect of this job was it's isolating nature. There was no need to work on projects in teams, but the company was mostly individually inclined. Positive work environment with good relationship with co-workers. the most enjoyable part of this job was the opportunity to do your own time management anGood inter-personal relationship development. Excellent

Getting to University I went specifically to the Agriculture department and I was so eager towards adding value to the little knowledge that I had since I was young. I am able to work within a team. My academic side of my studies, I was conducting a research (year 2016) where I was investigating the interact effect of seaweed extract and inoculation on the growth and yield of soybean varieties, which will the first research to be conducted and documented for the Limpopo soil
