Good career jump start.

Good company with a very long Life of Mine. Got an opportunity to learn a lot about mining. Worked 4x4 , that is 4 days on and 4 days off duty. I have managed to earn/gain a lot of experience when it comes to safe production, my planning skills have helped me when in comes to meeting the daily and monthly production targets. My people's management skills are also very high, I have learnt that if one can manage his crew well, then he/she stands a better chance to safely meet the set production targets consistently.

Pros: There's a lot to learn
Cons: Not much opportunity given to learn different departments and how the mining system really works.
