I work for South Deep mine asa production assistant. I work with teams and am able to work as individual. I work in mining industry I have Diploma in Financial Information Systems and currently registered for Advanced Diploma 3i ternary Auditing.

Excellent learning force.
I am hard working some body and prepared to work with new challenges. I have been working on the supervisory position since 2006 to date and I enjoy working with people and organize equipment for the work to be done. I have been enforcing MHSA and company standard & Procedures.

Excellent learning curves and exposure.
Since day 1 of joining the company it has been a learning curve, meeting new challenges and understanding mining industry as a business. Subsequent to that, we are great team of young geologists always challenging each other within and outside work. As part of the team, always eager to work and making sure we meet targets at a high level of business proficiency and professional. The most thing that make the job interesting is the challenges that we encounter like grade management, drilling issues, etc but as scientists we always strive to win and solve these issues.

Good learning curve
continues improvement of the process. it is challenging each and everyday with unexpected responsibilities each and everyday.it is most project management works. so day are bad we have to do work with your own scope of work.

Professional break down culture
Lies about returns to investors and extremely poor Management. It's a my brother keeper company whereby on merit and achievements alone, to get ahead is impossible.

Excellent learning curve
A great industry a one learners things on daily basis. A great world of gaining variety of exposure and experience. A great organization whith a positive working culture as everyone or every employee is fully and strongly motivated to carry out daily tasks as more than expected by the company. Daily production targets are always sucessfully met as the employees are empowered to make decions on the own if need be. The culture in this industry changed not only my attitude but also my individual working perception.

I have learnt a lot about plumbing.i can all maintance and installation of pipes
I am a hard working person who is able to work long hours and under pressure. I am a person who is able to work with different people.i am also able to tolerate to work with a person with unprofessional behaviour until i finish my day work and report his/her bad behaviour to my senior afta work. I enjoy working with people who have more experience than me so that i can learn from them
