I have extensive knowledge in both Trackless and Conventional Mining as Artisan Fitter and acting Foreman. I am peoples person and always attends to breakdowns as soon as possible. When I am in doubt with anything I always willingly asks for assistance.

Project of various sizes
I enjoy the projects that I am involved with which are: construction of township and related infrastructures , school, national road deviation, new complex offices and related infrastructure, water reclamation plant and bridges. I work with people and is responsible for 250 people on a daily basis. Risk assessments and high risk work forms part of my daily activities

I have both an extensive Corporate and Sales Background, both Internal and External.
User Support on SAP HCM (HR/HRD) I enjoy working closely with people and assisting them attaining their goals Challenges that arise are system based, but unravelling the problems is rewarding. I have learnt to persevere and have grown stronger and more determined than ever. I have the best relationship ever with the users I support. I feel good when their problems are resolved due to my assistance. I have acquired great knowledge in Training and Presentation Skills. I enjoy addressing crowds.

Planning and scheduling of tasks, improve on machinery availability do root cause analysis
Working hrs 06hoo - 15h00 starting with safety meeting, issuing of daily tasks as per planned schedule receiving previous days works orders discuss opportunities for improvement of equipment and review availability of machinery. Ordering material and expediting, planning tasks as per employee availability, over inspections on work done and machinery, drive safety awareness. I work very well with snr management and subordinates also with production employees my goal is to improve on equipment availability and to minimize down time.

Great learning curve
As a blasting attendent i feel the job is not challenging as i am more of an intellectual than a labourer. I do enjoy working for the company because it is a big and world wide recognised company. However i feel there is also no growth for my desired career goals. I work well with my co-workers but it is still a challenging enviroment for women.
Pros: Good referrence for future jobs because is a big and well know company.
Cons: Minimum development opportunities , especially for women. Some of their sites black women are still undermined.
