I work during the working days, sometimes i work over time like weekends. I like to work with a team communicate with one another. I also like to be a team leader and learn to others.

My work statement

Having mining,admin,secretarial, experience in problem solving, time managment, decision making integrity,motivating and directing others, looking for Challeging position in the mine industry,opportunities for further growth, self development, training and job stability based on my nine years of experience in the field. I am a good and attentive listener and i take my work very serious

I worked 8 hours a day from monday to friday and my co workers relationship and to those who reported to me was lovely and we allowed an open relationship talk and i learnt most things from them, patience and not taking small things for granted as they might turn huge next and completing every task given at hand and on time. working a solid and hard working team which we always put our employees first and we were their service providers. our employees were embarked in an unprotected industrial strike and it was my first time being so angry and aggresive.

Pros: I was promoted twice in one year because of the hard work i possess in every task given at hand
Cons: sometimes we were to stay long at work till ten at night finalizing our payroll for employees to receive correct payments

I enyoy working at Glencore, but I need to find a new direction in life.

Dirkie Taljaard I started my career at Optimum coalmine on the 1st August 2003 as an Issue and receiver at the Rotable Stores. After almost a year at Rotables, I was given the opportunity to proof myself as the new Diesel Controller. There was a great deal of responsibility on my shoulders. My goal was to lead in my field and be the best I can be, make my employers proud of me and be a great asset to my company. I soon realized that I need to work hard and be true to myself. With my knowledge and expertise I was assisting the production team with diesel and lubes volumes and see to that there where no run dry on diesel and lube tanks and suppliers and Vendors comply to contractual obligations I know by being honest to my employers and showing respect to my fellow team mates, I can achieve my goals

Excellent

I feel like I'm not being recognized at work for my hardship and commitment that I put in during working hours or a given task and my boss hardly appreciate the efforts I put and to me it breaks me up inside because I want to see myself growing in life and making a better way for kids and family in all.

i have experience on the following Computer literate including MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word • SAP HR module experience and good understanding of HR systems (SAP) will be an advantage • Previous HR experience in the Smelting / Mining environment inclusive of IR, OD, Recruitment and performance management • Innovative, results driven and ability to function independently • Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills • Understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation such as LRA, BCEA and EEA

Good experience and challenging

I have a good relationship with my colleagues, have learnt that it's important to work as a team especially when attacking a breakdown. I sometimes hold shifts so that's good exposure in working alone and fault-finding alone that allows me to also stretch myself and work.

Pros: Great opportunity to work alone and be available as well in a team

Good electrician

I have enjoyed every moment working as an electrician especially when i have a breakdown and have to work under pressure due to production it gives me great plessure when i complete on time to find the fault and to fix it. i enjoy working with a team because i can learn everyday through other people on other ways of doing work and it helps when it comes to safety i can be my brothers keeper. i enjoyed working shifts and standbye duties thats where i make most of the decisions without supervision.

Pros: i am busy with my wiremans licence hoping to grow in the field
Cons: i have worked shifts which i enjoyed most 12 hrs shift
