The job is challenging and at the same time fun. I learn new things almost on a daily basis and how to deal with different kinds of people, most especially clients who can sometimes be difficult. learned how to report and be responsible and taking care of the whole building even to answering to difficult questions and being a representative of health and safety.

Great platform to learn about school system of Sams

Everyday you learn and assist teachers to use smart technology. Install new programs for teachers laptops, assist matric learners to apply for varsity and bursaries.

Excellent learning curve

Cit is challenging i have learned to be patient and to have sense of humor. I enjoy seeing children loving science and getting good ay ot.hit wWorking with children is challenging on its own, especially high school kids.being an HOD at a young age is also challenging because older colleagues find it hard to listen to a young manager.

Teacher

I am a teacher. I teach. I counsel. I dicipline. I preach. I motivate. I give much more that i need to. I instruct. I teach to respect,love,give. I coach. I inspire. I love the unlovable. I forgive the unforgivable. I believe where there is no hope.

Pros: great working hours and i have weekends off.
Cons: children and discipline can be a problame

Agent of change.

I do no limit myself to being just an educator, but strongly believe that I am an agent of change. My typical work day involves being in the classroom and imparting knowledge to my learners, while also equally learning from them. I believe in inclusive and collaborative learning and always maintain good relationships with my coworkers. I have learnt useful classroom management skills and also extended my teaching strategies to include all learners. What I enjoy the most is teaching Literature to my learners and changing a young person's life. The most challenging aspect of my work is the number of learners we are faced with. This also increases the marking for the teacher while also having to deal with a lot of paper work.
