Assist Educators with preparing their lessons Assist Learners on how to utilise the information provided by Educators in their tablets Learners are sometimes nauhty and manipulative but we do get through our differences and focus on business

EXELLENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

My experience working at GDE is more fruitful to me because I am learning to work fast, under pressure and accurate, I also learn to work independently and as a team, what I like mostly is that my typing skill and communication skill is growing each and everyday because they groom me and advice me as much as they can to make me professional to the world of work.

I need to learn different jobs and company environment

I love my job so much it tought me how to interact with different characters and with my collegues we work in a team where by we help each other and reach our statistic per day.im very greatful to work in my department to be able to help parents with their registration it also gives me so much joy to learn how my help has put a smile on someone's face at the end of the day.

Pros: Great to work with parents,schools and learners
Cons: Love my job but it's time for new adventure

Great learning curve

work days are good and really pleasent, i have good co workers and we work together as a team.i have learnt tolerance,good communication skills,typing,receptionist work.it is very challenging when i have to go to meetings very early in the morning and dealing with angry customers

Have learnt to be confident and to accommodate others

i have learnt to work with different kinds of race and personalities,work under pressure everyday learnt communication and computer skills ect. have learnt respect and patient and how to accommodate people you working with who are above and less my age working with people that is what i love most most challenging aspect is that i was working in the office of the district director with his PA so there was lot of pressure but fun

• I am in possession of grade 12 certificate, ND: Public Management and Administration, ND: Financial and Business Management with Communication as a subject • I have currently completed HC: Abet towards BEd in Senior and FET Phase qualification. This improves my interpersonal skills and conflict management • I have 12 years full function experience in office management in a Government organization. 5 years at School level and 7 years at Head Office level (FET Curriculum Director’s office) • I am computer literate. • I can perform secretarial duties providing effective communication support with internal and external stakeholders • I have supervisory skills ensuring systems are in place. In my current post I supervise 10 admin personnel, managing their performance and development. • I am able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things. • I excel in any given task. My work is priority. • Managing and filing of office records and correspondence systematically.

Pros:  To be part of an organisation that provides excellent opportinities and promotes life long learning for personal growth and prosperity.  To proactively learn and grow within the organization.  To utilize skills acquired, knowledge and qualifications obtained to an organisation.

To be afforded an opportunity to explore.

Ensured that labour peace ruled within the school and other schools in our district.I assisted the community members around the school in matters of social development. I mentored educators,learners and the enire community of Meadowlands area. The School Governing Body relied on my expertise and supported me throughout my in wirking period with them.

Pros: Served as an HOD,Deputy Principal and as Principal .

Good environment to build a strong character

Excellent reporting skills, daily administrave duties and Good organisational skills Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Good computer skills, presentation skills and I am the schools ICT Coordinator Exceptional problem solving skills Self development skills, currently studying and attending work training. Team player when working with co-workers and produce good interpersonal skills Able to speak to large groups, diffesrent ages, cultures and genders Able to multi-task

Learned how to lead and work with different kinds of people on different levels even the public.

The job is challenging and at the same time fun. I learn new things almost on a daily basis and how to deal with different kinds of people, most especially clients who can sometimes be difficult. learned how to report and be responsible and taking care of the whole building even to answering to difficult questions and being a representative of health and safety.

Cons: Less chances for promptions
