G4S is a good company I learnt a lot

There are some disadvantages like they not fair on something like on the site I was working on the client was giving all guard some money every month to appreciate the way guards do they job but that money did not come to the guards

Pros: Yes there are opportunities to grow with the company
Cons: The hours are fine because security works 12hours

Good entry level environment

Work load is repetitive and monotonous. Co-workers are friendly and helpful I have improved on my Excel skills and communication I enjoy the people I work with Time management is very important in my department

Excellent learning curve

I'm a person who work hard to achieve good results.

I'm the person who like to work as a team that helped me to get advise to my colleges. The challenge that i had is to work under preasure but that helped me at time keeping.

Pros: According to my performance i look myself in next level in three years time.

Customer comes first

It is awesome to my Company, just for now i want to change direction to the city of Durban and experience the place and the people for Durban,the type of job i like the most is to work with outside clients help them to resolve some issues that risen and I am very happy to see the client smiling face if i work as Switchboard Operator i Make sure that i listen to the clients need and direct the call of the client straight where is going to get Help it is important to me to get attention to detail to avoid problems, what i learn the most when i was given an opportunity to work as Switchboard attendant it was a very busy place because multitask was the main key and not to loose focus there are many questions ask that need some straight answers to each and every idividual

Pros: step ahead to a Greater opportunity

I am not paid danger allowance as I am working with competency and I am suppose to get it

Very good and it setisfies all customers

Its a big company which has very good with it's customers which brings safety first all thit never loses it always wins it gets more customers every day e time without problems

I am a person with principles values and morals and I am as well as very ethical

I am fun loving person,hard worker and fast learner and fast learner I see my self as very productive I have a personal ability to handle pressure and I enjoy having to deal with new challenges I am an honest,loyal and reliable
