I hav learned a lot there
I had a very good working relationship with most of th ppl there,people liked me there even though it was a demanding job allways i gave my all.i even won certificate of good perfomace ,u mst allways be on your toes bcs in that job time is important it is all about time management and attention to details you must allways be arlet

I was a good workers on this company
I was to work at g4s on 2013 may 13 and I was a guard and I get a promotion to be a supervisor antill now and now I choose to work anther company because I get small salary

Working for g4s is good cuz it has a lot of opportunities to grow and become a better person,problem is salaries are too small considering how the company is,it is a good company that tries its best to put employees first.

its was not the company for me to work for they have no remorse for employees which have been assulted or harmed at work they only look out for management and their safety

Excellent learning curve
Working at G4s its nice,you get to learn lot of things in the company if only you are willing to learn. Am a teller supervisor with 6 tellers in my team and we have different departments of which each department has its own supervisor.Me and my team we get along each other very well.We work as a team and we communucate.Before we start we our work we have a meeting so that we can discuss how we gonna toggle our work. Our work is to process the clients money and if a teller gets any difference( surplus or shortage) he/she calls the supervisor to come and verify the money according to what the teller has counted and it must be captured on the system and an OB entry must be written.And incident report must be done so that we can send the client. And after I have to inform the client about the difference between their deposits. And i have to make sure everyday that the work is done.

I work doing reconciliation for nedbank i work with clients and staff members on a daily basis
Contact Cash Centres daily deadlines are tough but are managed daily balancing of the recons making sure that the recons balance on a daily basis this refers to the clients drop safes and the GL entry that Nedbank give us to balance toward on a daily basis Basically we need to know as any time how much money is on hand,which clients were paid and which clients need to still be paid

No growth,no future
Very interesting work dealing with different kinds of people. Doing Access control, searching, patrolling,protecting. Avoiding any vaigrents,unauthorised persons to enter Airport premises. Working as a team with my collegues. Learned a lot in how to handle different kinds of people, communication skills,speak fluently and friendly with impressive smile and more. Most enjoyable part is to be there to help at all times, I like helping people ,it makes me feel happy and reach my satisfaction. Most challenging is dangerous people like vagrants, illegal porters, unauthorised people,illegal touters,they make you sweat everyday, cause I have to stay arlet at all times to stop them not to enter Aiport premises,if so take them to the Police.

Actually I enjoy working with good people who understand what they want in life to grow the company and satisfy the clients and me being better person in life it gives me much confidence if the company and clients happy with progress
