I am faithful person who respect his job as i can refers to g4s I am working for G4S where I have been working from 2007 until to date. I did work as patrol person from 2007 until 2008, from 2009 I work as control room operator at Lebowakgomo Lonmin platinum mine until 10 April 2015 where I got transfer to Anglo platinum mine mogalakwena where I become Security control room supervisor until to date.

Customer comes first
It is awesome to my Company, just for now i want to change direction to the city of Durban and experience the place and the people for Durban,the type of job i like the most is to work with outside clients help them to resolve some issues that risen and I am very happy to see the client smiling face if i work as Switchboard Operator i Make sure that i listen to the clients need and direct the call of the client straight where is going to get Help it is important to me to get attention to detail to avoid problems, what i learn the most when i was given an opportunity to work as Switchboard attendant it was a very busy place because multitask was the main key and not to loose focus there are many questions ask that need some straight answers to each and every idividual

Excellent learning curve
Working wth 27 African countries, did all relevant IT projects. Did ll the budgets for each African country, did RFI and RFC. Moved all users from Microsoft plat form to Google play form.

Long hand working hours , but enjoyable
working from 6 to 6 , day shift and nightshift, very busy during the week, especially Mondays to Wednesdays, weekends not so much. i get along with most of my co workers, mainly due to the fact that its such long hours, and not everyone is a team player. the most challanging aspect at this moment would be the the fact that is very high value that we work with and that it gets really busy with times which makes that 12 hour shifts feel really short.
Pros: great opportunity for someone hoe does not like procrastinating , there is always something new everyday
Cons: long working hours, i have reached my growth limits whithin the company

Recomended company
The company has been good all these years but lack of encouraging employees to improve their skills is a big problem. The company can not be recomended to a friend

New challenges works for me
At first when I started working at G4S company it was like am only working with machines like note counters,scales, scanners etc because we don't have an eye contact with the clients.Its very challenging because you must respect the clients money even though you don't see the client and you need to treat the clients money as if h\she is in front of you by following the procedures very careful especial when you working with money.Its very interesting too because you get different clients each and everyday and everyday you learning something new and another thing its more easier and work faster especially when you've got a very good understanding with your co-workers. Counting money like notes and coins its very interesting because at the end of the day you need to balance whatever transaction that you captured on the system needs to equal with your physical cash on hand if not that's where the trick lies because you must make sure that you work fast but try and minimize errors.
Pros: learn as much so that you can be recognised

Excellent learning environment
Working underpresse was one of the things done day and night. I use to work shifts more especially night shift. I was working with lots of workers aswell. I enjoyed working at night because of less supervision and management. I do my job best when am not supervised. One thing that was bad ,we were never appreciated . If u did good they wouldnt tell you but when u make a mistake then thats where they know u. We were discriminated sometimes

I have IT Diploma and one year experience as System Developer using PHP and one year 10 months as IT help desk and IT Support ,currently i'm with G4S as IT Intern doing IT help desk and IT support and helping with Network Device data Capturing. I'M hard working person,Fast learner and willing to achieve more in IT Department

Good team spirit
I enjoy working for g4s.it has been my dream to work in banking sector.what I enjoy most is the challenge and pressure that you may find yourself in.I have a good relationship with my co-workers, they have good team spirit and understanding . What I have learned about this company is that you must not trust anyone with money.focus,self motivation and commitment will lead success

Good company, great benefits and easy to learn new job skills,good benefits for full time employees. The rewards and recognition process provides a drive to work towards getting extra funds in order to better yourself in near future. They provide you with all the necessities such as food, transport, medical aid and a good stable salary The is a great deal of opportunities there, one can improve one`s knowledge and skills within the company and for the benefit of the company
