No growth

A typical day at work would be to do daily time and attendance for 27 branches. my relationship with my co-workers is well, we get along very well. I enjoy getting in my zone through music and concentrating on my work. My challenges are mostly that when the branches fail to submit in time.

Cons: no growth in the company

Excellent Learning Curve

G4S Cash Solutions is an international company present in 129 countries. They have excellent opportunities for growth and empowerment. However, in the CIT Business, it is difficult to recruit the right people.

It's exciting to work at G4S Cash Solutions

Doing CP stats for all cash pro clients and loading the payments reconcilling at the end of the month. I have a good relationship with my co workers. I have learnt a lot from being a receptionist, assistance controller,transport clerk,credit controller , retrenched and be back as a teller form there to a data capturer, I have learnt a lot form the company. Handling queries when , to speak to clients daily. When the monies client are not paid or you have to look for a missing bag.

Pros: When I was promoted to be credit controller.
Cons: I start at 8:00 - 16:00, but willing to wotk long hours

Versatile and always eager to learn something new.

My shifts starts from 06:00am-14:00pm monday to friday.I have good relationship with my collegues,i have learned that you can work hard for a company but management might not notice your effort.I don't enjoy my work anymore cause am never noticed for promotions or individual growth,the most challenging aspects is earning a little while externals are hired when we have qualified internals.

Cons: More work load

To work well under pressure ,within a team as well as individually.

I work well with others,I like to get the job done,meet my deadline and reach my target. I enjoy the work flow and I have learnt to deal well with pressure with regards to time and completing a task. I deal with clients and colleagues daily all around the Regions and always attending to their queries timeously.

Excellent learning curve

I work well with my duals.what i enjoy doing the most is when i verify the money counted by the teller with the one of the client deposit or perfoming recaculations.most challenging is sorting of notes when theres a problem with the machine

've got extensive experience in the administration and reconciliation within the security industry.

've got extensive experience in the administration and reconciliation within the security industry. I started out in the call centre division I'm able to deal with a variety of people with different personalities on a professional level while maintaining the ethics of the enterprise.

Pros: It gives one a greater understanding of the cash and security industry
Cons: Minimal growth opportunity
