Great opportunity
Early mornings start at 6am and end when the clients are all attended to thus resulting in closure of the branch around 01:00 the next day sometimes later. This fast paced environment has allowed me to grow and develop more skills to which enables me to be a better man and also perform all tasks to the best of my ability. The team is hardworking and dedicated to the organisation. I've learnt that dedication and perseverance can give you that edge irrespective of the obstacles. I enjoy the challenges as no day is repeated. The most challenging aspects is to balance the dynamics of this environment with the responsibility of the 2000 clients that require a service on a daily basis.

Great environment. Open and honest with each other. Work at a team to give superb service. New experience in the security industry. Learnt to be more alert,how the collection works with vehicles.I enjoy advising client if collection will not take place so the client will know what to do.A

Great people to work with
It is fun working for G4S. I have a great relationship with co-workers and my manager. I have learned a lot from this company, I have grown in the past years. I started as a Receptionist and moved around. I've worked as a Secretary for Investigation, PA to Directors, a bit of Finance.

Stagnant being in one position for long
i love working here, the people are friendly and i am enjoying. have learned a lot, customer service, to be a team player. limited promotions its very worrying. i am tired to be in one position

A broad spectrum of cash solution services
As being in a position to lead a team in 5 regions was a position I thoroughly enjoyed even with all the challenges to appoint and training of sales reps I certainly can say being a team leader fitted me better than being a manager. I strive to motivate my team to reach there full potential. I believe that developing myself by studying I could give them maximum growth on how to handle customers and retain them. It is about building relationships with providing a good after care service and selling a good product that you believe in. I enjoyed challenges and teamwork.

Enjoyable yet hardworking
Unfair not everybody is treated fairly and equally... Im hardworking and dedicated to my job I love my job I just don't like the people I work with... At times it's extremely difficult because there is no structure in place and everybody tends to do their own things

Excellent,learning experience.
it is a nice environment but lacking a few important aspects,here there is no growth,no recognition of individuals perfomance,no rewards for excellent service.we are not measured.i enjoy the environment with my fellow colleagues,our busiest day is Tuesday and having to balance the days work
