Regional Trainer
Typical work day starts around 04:00 as I have to travel to and from different branches across the province. I have a fantastic relationship with co-workers as I treat them as equals. I have learnt to be very patient. I enjoy carrying over knowledge .

Good experience
I have been working for G4S Cash solutions more then 5 years. I build myself up from reception to Branch Administrator. I have learned a lot from G4S and the employees. I will not take it for granted , but I need to build myself up even more,grow in more aspects of life and work experience. I am strict and have been working well with the employees. They know I can be trusted and they know that I always deliver. I am on time with all my work and deadlines.The Branch Manager always trusts me and are happy with my work

Excellent learning structure
Currently not working so my normal day is to market for employment. I always maintain good relationship with my co-workers. The more consistency you in any job you will be successful. Besides work I enjoy spending time with my kids. I basicly dont look it in that term I believe that challenges in any job aspects are there to build a person and can be overcomed if you dedicate and get help where your stubbling block may be

Investigator
Investigations on crime cases on ATM, Cash Losses, Heist and missing cash containers. Cash Audits on the floats to see that all the float is in balance all the time. Branch Audit the see if the branch Manager and all staff members ahead to the company procedures and instructions. Unsure the all vehicles are road worth and in a running condition before leaving the branches. Unsure that all the equipment are in a good working order and a counted for. Unsure that all the vehicle is loaded before leaving for the daily collections and deliveries.

Stagnant being in one position for long
i love working here, the people are friendly and i am enjoying. have learned a lot, customer service, to be a team player. limited promotions its very worrying. i am tired to be in one position

Good experience
It was aood paying I was at cash centre doing evrything..i was knowing all department in cash centre and doing all duties .i was good team leader teaching new tellers jobs,i was great in my job.i have learned computer skills, balancing daily cash.i enjoyed evrything but most Atm solutions reconciliation. The challenges is that working hours was abnormal .working from 6 to 20:00 at night .sometime they dont pay us overtime .it was hectic job where by is a must that you carry heavy boxes of money in and out to boxroom. Doing all coins evryday. Making sure i balance

It was a wonderful learning curve
Been working at G4S for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I started of as a receptionist and whilst in that position I started studying HRM at Damelin Vereeniging. little did i know that that was me first step to achieving my goals, I have always had a wonderful relationship with my colleagues and i have the ability to understand different characters. I am currently an admin clerk in the hrm department and this has exposed me to a lot of real HRM Situations. I mostly enjoy the fact that my job is not redundant there is never a dull moment because of the different people that i work with.
Pros: There is great opportunity for growth and promotion
