• Project administration and COO of Dignity Dreams; manufacturing washable sanitary pads to distribute to young girls who cannot afford sanitary wear, through donations; sponsorship and grants; from Corporate funding • Been part of the team to successfully develop a workshop, incorporating previously unemployed seamstresses to manufacture Dignity Dreams’ washable sanitary pads • Playing a pivotal role in the day to day administration to accept donations and issue Section 18 A Certificates to donors; updating bookkeeping of finances to be reconciled monthly by Auditor; administered payments to all creditors; wages and salaries monthly • Actively involved in completing funding proposals to invite donors; sponsors to invest in young girls’ lives to ensure dignity during their menstrual periods • Coordinating orders and courier services; as well as handovers of Dignity Dreams’ sanitary packs to donors specified schools

Absolute Job Satisfaction
My day consists of various interactions with different people. It includes facilitation and reporting, but mostly brainstorming and discussion of new ideas. I have an amazing and productive relationship with both my students and my clients, and I learn from both groups in many ways. Everyday I have the opportunity to learn from my students as they share their industry experience with the group. I manage my groups in ways that encourage and motivate growth and I teach my team to perceive life as opportunity. The most challenging part of my job is: - Facilitating management programmes to individuals who do not meet the minimum requirements for English and Mathematics - When the prescribed courseware is ineffective (e.g. When Assessment Memorandums are not provided, etc)

Excellent career development exposure
Data capturing in the field and processing it to give the client. Renumeration comes from the client after delivery of finished product. Most of the work comes from referral. Always pay the surveying assistants on time and as per agreement. Making sure the surveying equipment is always in good working order. Never make any short cuts when performing duties. To be time and quality conscious always. Effective communication with surveying assistants and clients paves way to the smooth running of the projects. Avoiding pointing fingers and work as a team. Maximise every opportunity at hand and get the greatest production. Clear duty allocation.

Inconstant
Working as a freelance sound engineer, is alot of fun and you travel a lot, but very inconstant, there are long periods where no in come. Is generated.

Growth Opportunity in my line of work.
, I feel that my work experience and qualifications make me a great asset. I am well versed in different areas of art; my skills include Motion graphics design,Animation, Shooting motion picture on film/digital, Editing, and Production design. My experience also includes loading graphics into the final control room preparing them to go on air. My personal skills include being a team player, taking initiative being creative and having the ability to use good judgment and make great decisions that will benefit production. The energetic and outgoing personality which is innate makes it easy to make a connection with other professionals in the field and I am very detail-oriented. I have a good understanding of the television industry. I believe I will add great value to the company with the skills that I posses. I have references from professionals that will attest to my credibility.

Get and go
Early start to the day, go through overnight emails, prioritise tasks check on critical events\ path events\ meetings\ contingencies plans. Check ideal utilisation, reports admin I am a pacesetter with plenty of time for staff interaction and feedback. I firmly believe staff empowerment, commitment, trust, and respect are the key elements in creating a team atmosphere which will automatically result in high employee satisfaction and production. Lessons learnt is to always expect the unexpected, be adaptable and transparent with everybody. I enjoy a challenge and the completion thereof with the elevation of staff as a critical component. Enjoy a good working environment.

Excellent learning curve
Sometimes long hours 6 to 9. Meet lost of different people. Working with lots of different people. Flexible working hours. Love being creative and also the freedom of creating new ideas.

Working as a freelance agent

Digital Editor
My current vocation is freelance digital content editor working closely with local and international clients on a wide variety of brands for social media platforms and television. My skillset encompasses cameras, sound, edit, final-mix, media management; social media content editing and includes SEO, Website Editing & Design, PPC Campaigns. This gives me superior technical advantage over most other candidates with similar or limited Digital Content experience in the industry. My 22 year background focused in film/television and digital media working both locally in Africa and in Europe includes research, production, producing, and training, content editing, post producing, social media, Google PPC campaigns and numerous corporate social and multimedia projects.
