Always remain calm and resolving issues with unions
Employee engagement and interacting with people of different ethnic levels challenging but very enjoyable as it offers more value and educating at the same time.

Treatment is not equal
The way the treated me is different compared to other candidates,i did not change to other sections like they did to other candidates, i also worked more overtime than other candidates and did not get appreciated for doing so

Geat exposure
A typical work day for me in tales generating orders for my department following up on delivery of the orders and expedition of the orders. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I have learned to work with people at all level in the company. I enjoy seeing my client happy with my work. The most challenging aspects of my job is when orders are not delivered on time

I am an excellent worker and i always do quality work
working at the company feels like trying to achieve something whilst others are trying to prevent me from implementing what I fee is best for the company, I have learnt to cope with pressure and perform best whist under pressure

Good place to learn new things
Changed position from a clerk to a general worker and learned a lot of manual work, learned how to vonstruct an actual dam.it was hard at 1st but i quuckly got the hang of things.
