I work well in a team and also work with little or no supervision.I work well under pressure.

I work in a pressurized environment which I enjoy.

Great company, good salary structure. Good people. Large retailer and head office structure is smaller so takes longer to grow and wait for higher positions to become available

Customer service

I always loved to work for foschin as l had been there for so many years.My Co-workers where the best,when it comes to Merchandising.l loved the floor walk checking the price tags, checking new emails if there's any Changes on the floor. Opening the Boxes with my Co-workers was the best Communicate with them about their target and giving advice how to be the best Sales assistant what their main focus is to do Add On and be able to prioritise a busy work load in order to meet Customer's expectations.l learn from my Company how to smile and how to deal with customers complain and how to deal with rejections.

Willing to achieve company goals at the end of the year

I m Hardworking guy that is always making sure I achievey goal at the end of the day and follow my daily routine that guide me to turn everything around to achieve goals of the company

Interaction with clients on a daily basis. Motivating my team is such a drive because I get to help them with daily challenges. Customer service is key.

Find every thing by yourself

I manage the floor more of a assistant manager , i develop or teach my staff and inhence the instructions given from company policies , visual merchandise, new things palloted in our system . I enjoy interacting with custmer, developing staff and visual merchandising . I have learnt that success doesnt come to you , you fetch it most of the work at Foschini its self taught. In a 1100 square meter store , most day i run it with 3 people which its pure slavery

Hard worker

I work for foschini at the glen mall as a Floor Manager, i report to my manager on a daily basis, my company has two head offices, Cape town and Johannesburg.
