My job description is filling ,banking ,Receiving stock and acknowledge stock.Its lot of fan and challenges and more learning on customers service and running shop.Typical work is Saturday of the month ends.We have a good relationship .It's get disturbed when the work challenge.Customer care and running shop. Worked with differet people. Dealing with a difficult customers and staff

I am very interested in the position that I applied for our company. I have acquired excellent customer service skills and I always greet visitors with a smile and friendly attitude.i have the skills to build strong working relationships with clients, which helps to build a position image for your company. I also have very good communication skills with the ability to relay information efficiently and to understand and follow instructions given verbally and in writing.

Customers services
A day after a month end, is a typical day.I get together all my admin work especially filling and other paper work. Relationship with co workers is good though not 100 percent.The only time when relationship is disturbed is when there are challenges of the month end. I have learnt patience perseverance and that honest is the best policy.I enjoy customer care reaching and general store.Challenges aspects are stock taking,weakly stock count and acknowledge stock

Earned communication and customer service
Having previous experience, I have discovered that the most challenging experience is to perform under pressure, but I believe I rose above these circumstances. Being a person of sober habits and goal orientated, I have an abundance of experience in working with people of all walks of life. I am a mature, responsible and hardworking individual with excellent sound, oral, written and communication skills I work in Cosmetics where I introduce our customers to new perfume and Ponds products

I work in a pressurized environment which I enjoy.
Great company, good salary structure. Good people. Large retailer and head office structure is smaller so takes longer to grow and wait for higher positions to become available
