Learning curve

As a product engineer at ALC i have learnt the whole product implementation starting from requesting of quotations, loading of boms and traininghow to achieve products that are within customer specification and excelling beyond the expectations.

Pros: I was given a chance to lead the project and it was successful.
Cons: Not meeting customer requirements

Experiential trainee

Ford Motor company straundale engine plant is production company for panther and pumaY Ford Motor company straundale engine plant is production company for panther and puma engine working full week, I’m working with the Technicians in the production line responding to breakdown, I learned a lot about PLC and closed loop motor control system(drives) and robotics. Fun

we work very hard. we some times work night shifts and over times. my relationship with co-workers its excellent because am good in communication. i have learnt to work very hard without complaining and how to produce cars. the most challenging espect is they can give you a job that you have never done or learn before with only the instruction do it.

Pros: they pay well and oportunities to earn more

Great career starting point

The company offers great opportunities for people who are fresh from university to learn and better themselves in the work environment. You get to learn to be flexible by working in teams and individually depending on the task you have been given. All this has made me a valuable candidate and ready to face the real engineering world.

It's a good place to learn

It's a good company with a good working environment. But sometimes have long working hour six to six for a month or two and that doesn't give enough rest

I'm good in PLC and I achieved a lot on my training... Now I want to explore and gain experience

I am an active employee who is capable of doing a job immediately and improving the ne standards and carry out breakdown repair work on equipment.I love job very much and I like to work as team so that we can share ideas and information or come out with different solutions. Regards S ngameli

Pros: Work as team... Work as a team leader.. An Artisan when some of them are absent. Give my people some advice and show them the easy way
Cons: 65hours a month only weekend excluding the 160hours a month during the week just to prove my point n my self

Experiential learning

Hardworking. Work under pressure Problem solving ability' Time managing . This has led me to be able to handle a broad way of task at the required time. Critical thinking ,time to think things through before making harsh decision's .

The environment was friendly and the staff is welcoming

The company is good to work for. They strive for quality and ensure their workers safety. Everything is in order and the machines are well taken care of.
