Problem solving skills
Hello My Name is Nation my safety manager told me about this post last week ,i have N dip in Safety management which includes intro to samtrack for mining, samtrack for mining, Comsoc 1&2, computer literacy, in the process of writing my exam with SACPCMP, I'm also enrolling at work safe academy for health and safety management N dip it is a scholarship with 3 years working experience in the health and safety industry .I'm working at Ford car assembling plant at Silverton permanent . i'm looking forward to hear from you Thank you.

I am Livhuwani Marion Nepfumbada, I have matriculated in year 2011 and then went further and studied at Vaal university of Technology where I have obtained a National Diploma in HRM year 2015 and a Btech in Business Administration in year 2018.Advance diploma in Human Resource Development at Tshwane university of Technology completed 2019. Excellent learning curve
i am hard working and enthusiastic, i am intuitive and willing to learn everything. i am highly motivated in whatever i do. i have been working for ford motor company as an assembler and i am now currently a team leader, and this came through because of all the hard work i put in and i always go an extra mile if something needs my attention.i have completed a business management at IQ Academy and i am good in communication and leadership. the reason for me applying for this position is to enhance my skills and i am also looking for new career

Learning curve
I am approachable, I work well with the co-workers. We together as One Ford team as it is our culture. I have learnt that every opportunity that rises you have got to seize it and prove yourself worthy, to be considered and recognized. I have learnt to make the most of the opportunity granted. I enjoy when I am doing problem solving and when I am challenged to think outside the box.

Learning curve
As a product engineer at ALC i have learnt the whole product implementation starting from requesting of quotations, loading of boms and traininghow to achieve products that are within customer specification and excelling beyond the expectations.
Pros: I was given a chance to lead the project and it was successful.
