Excellent career starting point

Working with clients on a daily basis. People from different backgrounds and having to treat each and everyone with the same level of respect. Learning to avoid and manage conflicts.Jumping in to help the co-workers sometimes at own initiative. Challenging aspects of the job have been not having a stable sure income amount. I enjoy getting to speak and assist different people everyday. It's a mystery, who am I gonna assist today and what mood are they in :).

Pros: Great exposure, great career starting point.
Cons: Long working hours a week.

Excellent

I work very well at Ford Motor Company and learned lots of this since I am working at challenge department and I have learned that you shouldn't take things personal and take care of matters very well and listern carefully.

Excellent learning curve

A courteous, polite and well-spoken person who is highly efficient and has excellent organisational skills. Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having a passion for providing the highest standards, Helpful and approachable but also commercially minded. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas, communicate clearly and effectively and also find suitable solutions to meet the needs of customers. Keen to find a suitable position where I will be able to continue to increase my work experience & develop my abilities

Good leaning

I Am a friendly and open guy. None alcoholic and none smoker. Smart working person. And I Am problem solver. I like to raise/solve problem before can goes up or affect other people's.

I am dedicated individual who is always eager to learn and share my expecties to my fellow employees and their team members, the company is doing very good in terms of training people, possibilities of getting promotion are huge, in overall is a very good company

Excellent learning

I love too work with people so I am a very friendly and understanding person but sometimes I like to be alone .. building relationships with people is very important to make I like to learn new staff and I am a quick leaner and understand it quick . I like too work with people whom have good intentions and positive mind sets . The most challenging will be working with people that's slow and taking about things that's not important (gossip) don't like it .

Seat at the C level table. Exciting!

C level support to senior management as well as the local executive team. Main legal lead on all r legal risk. Support to the local board and all governance teams. Litigation go to respurce. Regulatory oversight.
