Its good working for fidelity and I'm learning new things. Being here is helping me to grow in the working environment and everything is professional, the employees motivate me in a big way.

No growth

No growth, no fair salary... Only the minority gets the first priority and better jobs, instead of having internal development for senior positions they would rather use external friends, family or etc. More work and less pay for the majority.

Pros: putting food on the table
Cons: Long hours; more work than the one agreed upon; underpaid; no fair growth;

Has been a great place to learning admin work

it has been a very big learning experience which has lead me to be skilled in admin and has thought me the fundamentals of offices practices and work , because what you learn at school and doing the work its self is totally a different experience.

Pros: monthly salary guranteed

Excellent learning curve and challenging

I have been working for 1-2 years i really like working at command center because they give you the best options in jobs.. They also make you feel welcome at all times. I think that it is a very good place to work....I get along so well with my colleagues because we able to communicate when ever we have concerns. Working at the security company is very challenging but i have learnt keeping time is the most important

Learning institute

Fidelity is a big company and it made up of different departments with different leadership. The main disadvantages is to see opportunities being offered to certain race irregardless of any long service or qualifications.

Good

The company was good to work with. There were many challenges to overcome and I enjoyed working for them. The salary is not market related compared to the workload and responibility. Promotion opportunities are view.

Willing to learn and grow

Assisting with the summonses that the Company received, working closely with our attorneys regarding litigation matters etc. Assisting with the drafting of letter of demand and sending it to the clients. Assisting with all General matters relating to the company. Assisting Manager with the property of the company.

Excellent learning experience

It's a very big security company throughout the country. However they do not look after their staff. There is only a small selection of the staff that is taken well care off. They will always look for ways to cut cost with their employees. They easily allow clients to threaten them and allow clients to dictate to them. They do not realize that the happier they make their staff the better the employees will perform and they will have happier clients as a result.

Cons: Earn a basis plus commission
