Work startas at 06h30 do staff parade, have meeting with security supervisor check daily and night documents and sign off. Ensure all emergency protocols are followed and adhered to. Have meeting with reaction officer and tactical commander re patrolls and daily high visibility stand off points. Ensure all firearm procedures are adhered to make sure firearm permits and all relevant registers are up to date.

Goog learning curve
To work st my company is not that good when it comes to working day hourly as on my position I would prefer to work 8 hour than 12 hours that I am currently working daily. I do have good working relationship with my co-workers and we do connect very well and I have learnt that you need to be more open minded as you are dealing with people who have different mind of view daily . I enjoy talking about new plans to improve our security challenges we come across daily The most challenging aspects is to arrests people involved in theft .

Willing to learn and grow
Assisting with the summonses that the Company received, working closely with our attorneys regarding litigation matters etc. Assisting with the drafting of letter of demand and sending it to the clients. Assisting with all General matters relating to the company. Assisting Manager with the property of the company.

Excellent learning curve.
I'm a hard working and dependable person. Good communicator who can speak well both English and Zulu. A competent and efficient administrative with experience of general office work. Partial, reliable and methodical, good at handling a variety of tasks efficiently, with strong aptitude for organisation and administration.

Excellent learning person
I am a people person with great communication skills ,i am also a problem solver with the ability to think logically.Along with this ,i am computer literate and able to adapt to a nunmber of different situations and environments .Finally ,i also believe that i am able to work well in a team,i am a highly organised and hard working individual looking for a responsible position to gain practical experience

Ensure that I safety for myself and other people is a my priority.Living up to the standards of organisation that I am working for.Coordinates wherever is necessary to keep a smooth functioning between my team and management. I like my job but I also like to Lear new things cos I am a hard working individual
Its a good company with good management, as I said I just want to learn one or two new things from other industries, if they can also give me monthly boneses for good perfomance or long service, thats would be great and apreciable thank you

Great Company
It is a great company to work for but not that much growth opportunity. I work well with my colleagues and there is respect from both sides. Everyday brings new challenges. I have learned new procedures and ways on the distribution of Beverages, Safety, Business Audits and Security Complexity. The DPO Business Audits was the most challenging parts as all needs to be in its place and after each Audit you learn where to improve in your own department. There are strict Policies and Procedures in place to ensure Safety and Security has minimal to no gaps. I enjoyed working with my colleagues the most as they are always willing to assist where necessary and walks the extra mile with me.

Cons: Low Salary class for Security.
