Service –oriented Permit officer with 9 years background in issuing permits.
Pre-screening , Issuing Permits to Employees and deliveries , Card reckoning, Booking and Issuing Permit to Visitors We working with 4 ladies and we look after one another, like when a client is in front of anyone and there's a confusion we all help. The work relationship with each other is the best, it builds us everyday When we have visitors for overseas Is when there is no booking made for a visitor, and you have to explain that
Pros: Unfortunately there is no space for growing
Cons: During shutdowns we have to work long hours

Company to build problem solving and be proactive
The industry is not easy and requires a individual to use initiative to focus and work in high pressure situations I learned alot the exposure I received help shape me in to a better more proactive and deadline driven individual.

Excellent experience for 6years
I was started at industrial security in 2011 at the big company Fidelity security at guarding division.i learned more how to work in the industrial security and crosponding security course national key point,first aid and competence certificate.

WITH FIDELITY I MANAGED TO OBTAIN MY NQF LEVEL 3 GENERAL SECURITY PRACTICE.
WORKING FOR FEDILITY SECURITY SERVICES. WORKING FOR FIDELITY SECURITY HAS MOLDED AND MADE ME A BETTER PERSON AS FAR AS DISCIPLINE,TEAM PLAYER AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORK.WITH THE EXPERIENCE GAINED AS A SUPERVISOR,I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE TO OTHER COMPANIES AND PROVE MY WORTH.

Dealing with a diverse group of staff
With my 10 years retail background and moving over to the security industry I have learnt how diverse people are as well as the different cultures and beliefs and how to deal with the different types of people which I believe has made the peoples person that I am today. Retail has taught me how to deal with the different types of customers whereas the security industry has taught me alot about how to deal with employees and building professional relationships.

Goog learning curve
To work st my company is not that good when it comes to working day hourly as on my position I would prefer to work 8 hour than 12 hours that I am currently working daily. I do have good working relationship with my co-workers and we do connect very well and I have learnt that you need to be more open minded as you are dealing with people who have different mind of view daily . I enjoy talking about new plans to improve our security challenges we come across daily The most challenging aspects is to arrests people involved in theft .

Willing to learn and grow
Assisting with the summonses that the Company received, working closely with our attorneys regarding litigation matters etc. Assisting with the drafting of letter of demand and sending it to the clients. Assisting with all General matters relating to the company. Assisting Manager with the property of the company.
