Ecellent relationship with co-workers. No day is the same. I have interactions with people from all walks of life from all levels. The most challenging espect is dealing with different personalities (Franchisees), who demand dfferent things from you.

Observant it's my key to know how to learn or do the job. My work day sometimes become stressful but I do manage, I love all my colleagues they like family

Amazing experience and exposure
very informal environment exposure to all levels and positions work in different plants and working environment no day is the same high pressure consumer supply consumer research safety first quality is important I've leaned to be independent and confident in my self and abilities challenging at most times one can be a sponge and just learn

It has been good to deal with other large corp-orates. I have learnt allot
Good working environment with lots of opportunities if you are willing to relocate. Senior management team is also very good and open to suggestions. It is a fast paced environment which I enjoy. I have also been sponsored to complete a masters degree which is appreciated.

Cons: Limited opportunities for growth in the regions
